This vacuum was good, but I have both carpet and tile. It was awkward having to hit a switch in order to go from one floor surface to another. I thought it did well on carpet, but as well on tile. I returned the vacuum.

Great suction, however some internal parts were flawed in the wand suction redirection flap. Still usable but unfortunately not able to be repaired. Failed after warranty period. I was able to clean and temporarily repair with parts found online, however the parts fail repeatedly due to poor engineering. Still use it 7 years later, but still disappointed in design.

For years, I had been using cheaper vacuums and been disappointed with the results. We have a long haired Jack Russell and I was getting frustrated with the amount of hair left behind by my previous vacuum. I had been looking at Dysons and decided on Black Friday that this might be more worth the money based on the sale price and the reviews it has received on CNET. So far, I have been very happy with the pick up. It has been a HUGE improvement over the Eureka it has replaced. The canister system is much cleaner to empty than previous vacuums I've had as long as you can have the entire bottom of the canister in your garbage can. There are two minor issues I have had with this. It takes some practice to get used to maneuvering this as I have had some minor back pain when using it to get under certain surfaces but it is probably that I am using it incorrectly. The other issue I have had is the 3-in-1 Versatool™ does not always open on its own when I am doing corners. Again, this might be a case of me not using it correctly.

Vacuum Cleaner works very well on carpet. Much quieter than previous ones I've used in my house. Easy to maneuver and get all areas of a room cleaned.

I bought this vaccuum not knowing what to expect and was very very satisfied. It picks up all the human and pet hair plus everything else. It is light weight and easy to use. Im very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend.

Cleans good, love the self cleaning brush. Has an extra long hose that reaches the top of the steps

Love my new vacuum! I have never had a bagless before. Actually kind of scary to actually SEE what comes out of my carpets! It is very lighweight with a well positioned handle. It makes it easy to get the stairs and go up and down them. Long hose makes it easy to get the high/hard to reach areas. I would have liked it to include a few more hose attachments for my different needs. I will need to order those I guess, but still an awesome vacuum!

An excellent Machine and the ease of use is amazing.

This vacuum is great!! It picks up every little piece of dirt, dust, hair you name it. We really needed a good vacuum for fine pet hair and this surpassed my expectations. Very happy with our choice!

I have severe sinusitis about 2 times a month. I was looking for something that was HEPA certified. This works great! No oder and it picks up dirt that you didn't even know was there. Pricey but I love it! Even more than my mothers Dyson.

we now have 3 of these sweepers,1 for each floor in the house so that we don't have to drag one from floor to floor. It is by far the best sweeper we have ever owned and we have had many over the past 35 years from the most expensive ones to a few of the cheaper models.great little sweeper.

A very efficient vacuum cleaner. Cord positioning not ideal, the same with the on/off button; apart of these , it is a good and reliable machine

Very good easy to setup didnot have trouble using it. Has good suction but need to watch and see how it is after a year. Replaced a hoover with this one and so far happy

Great vacuum, my only issue is it doesn't go completely flat.

So happy with the easy way you can use the vacume,the way it cleans,and so easy to empty.

The handle release and height adjustment are clunky. The power is good - suction. Next to impossible to use on the area rug.

My sister used to sell Electrolux vacuums while studying at med school. The new generation models are not as tough or heavy as the old ones but they seem very well made nonetheless. Suction is good and picks up well on bare floors. The wife initially didn't like it because of so-so reviews but after actually using it, likes it alot.

I have a Belgium Shep who sheds like you wouldn't believe. This thing really gets all the hair up. Went from a $50 Bissell to this. WORTH IT!!!

Win/loss with the plastic design but over all very happy with the product. Leaves floor noticeably clean

Happy with vacuum. Only hassle is power cord should have some form of auto retraction.
