Pros: It's a good unit simple and easy to use. Turn it on and its ready to use in a few moments. I have two Golden retrievers one of them just a pup so they are always tracking in dirt on my laminate flooring. When that happens I just make sure there is water in the tank turn it on and it's a quick clean up. The 2 cleaning pads are durable and easy use when your done just trow the pad in the washer and your ready to go. Cons: The water tank can be a little hard to remove but no big deal

This product replaced my old other brand steam mop, this product was easy to put together, instruction booklet provided all needed information and pictures. Refilling the water tank is alittle hard to remove and replace

I have used the steam mop a couple of times; please realize that one of the key quality barometers is how well the product stands up over time. I am comparing this unit to Shark products both more expensive and less expensive. This product feels to be better quality. The steam is hotter, the power chord is longer, the mop stays on better without impeding the use of the product. The on and off button along with the steam shooter are also quality product enhancements.

At first I couldn't get it to work - wouldn't do anything when turned on. The instructions weren't clear on how to start it up but then I figured out that I had press down on the little lever. Once I did that, it was smooth sailing from then on. Did my whole house in less than a hour!! Great product!

Was not sure if this would work or not, but it cleans my tile floors very well, and did not cost that much. Reservoir for water could be larger.

It works well. Its practical and easy to use. The reservoir is a little tough to detach.

This is so simple to use. Fill up the water tank and plug in the steamer and that is it! Unfortunately it left white streaks all over my whole floor. I am going to try distilled water and see if that will eliminate the streaking.

iwould recommend for tile floors it has settings for different types of floor it doesn't use much water leaves floor dry

Does a much better job of cleaning my kitchen floor than any other steam cleaner I've had.

I got exactly what I expected when I purchased this product. Fair price and good performance.

First one I ordered didn't work - replacement worked fine but I wanted it for pet odors and it doesn't seem to eliminate them.

This is lightweight and easy to use. I recommend it for porcelains tile floors.

Can't find one that does not leave streaks. Only two pads and they are odd sized to try and buy them off the shelf. It works fine otherwise.

I just used this for the first time today. It really works well. I'm disgusted at how much dirt it mopped up! I'll have to go over it again, I'm sure....if only to make sure the floor is clean.

I steam my floors once a week. This unit leaves the hardwood floors looking bright and shiny. I can adjust the steam output for porcelain tiles in my kitchen.

Mop was easy to use and did a great job; did not need a lot of water and even did a pretty good job in the corners

So far I've used this twice and it worked great. I received it within 4 days of ordering and was easy to put together. Great purchase.

I wanted a an easy to use lightweight steamer for my laminate floors, as I have 2 cats and a dog, and this steamer fills the bill. You just add plain water and it works right away, sanitizing the floor. The pads are easy to fit on and can be tossed into the washer to clean. I highly recommend.
