Refilling the water tank is alittle hard to remove and replace

Basic Unit that gets the job done

I have two Golden retrievers one of them just a pup so they are always tracking in dirt on my laminate flooring. When that happens I just make sure there is water in the tank turn it on and it's a quick clean up. The 2 cleaning pads are durable and easy use when your done just trow the pad in the washer and your ready to go. Cons: The water tank can be a little hard to remove but no big deal

I am comparing this unit to Shark products both more expensive and less expensive. This product feels to be better quality. The steam is hotter, the power chord is longer, the mop stays on better without impeding the use of the product. The on and off button along with the steam shooter are also quality product enhancements.
