Solarstone is known in the Trance community for his progressive and "mellow" productions, and his third entry in the Electronic Architecture series highlights some of his best work (in my opinion). CD 1 consists of nice, soothing progressive trance that keep at a moderate pace. It's a nice start to the album. CD 2 brings it up a notch with faster tracks that contain more energy overall. This one is my personal favorite simply because personal taste - I enjoy a bit of bass every now and then. CD 3 largey consists of ambient tracks without the distinct bass and clap signature and is the slowest portion of this album. I'm personally not a huge fan of this type of music, but I'm sure it has its appeal. One tidbit I should mention - the packaging of this album is a bit of a nightmare. It's a tough paper container that folds together into an outer sleeve. Removing the CD's from the compartment is made difficult because of how tight the sleeve is, and I felt like I was going to break the sleeve open if I pressed too hard. Whoever designed it should be out of a job, just saying. The music is good though, and that's what I'm basing this review on.
