Very good quality camera for the price, I love Elgato products

Great price of hardware. Upgraded from a Razer Kiyo to the Elgato FaceCam and couldn’t be happier! Colors are vibrant, noise reduction is awesome, and it takes no time to set up! Only downsides for me is that it should be 25-50 dollars cheaper and if the software suite(needed for functionality) needs an update your cam will be blank until you open the app and update it. Small price to pay for what you get honestly and truly.

Easily the greatest camera I have ever used. Even in low lighting, it delivers far superior footage than any other webcam I have ever used. Worth every bit of money that I spent on it

This thing competes well with my canon camcorder hooked to an elgato Cam Link. I now specifically use it for streaming.

Do not buy this. I bought it thinking "hey elgato seems like a pretty professional brand with high quality products!" until I bought this, the key light air, and the stream deck. Once purchased, the products are quite nice and are genuinely the quality you'd expect. Facecam looks great, same with other the products. However, the software is the most abysmal experience I have ever had the misfortune of suffering through. The facecam *stops working* every couple of minutes, whenever it wants to really. I'm on a brand new top of the line computer, which is absolutely able to take in 5gbps via USB 3.2, as the directions clearly state you must plug this camera in with a compatible wire on a USB 3.1 port minimum. Still absolutely garbage software that won't work properly. The camera is broken. The light is broken too, software is equally horrendous. Immediately returned. Only reason I'm not doing 1 star on quality is because when the camera does work, it looks very good, I just wish it actually continued to work lol

Well done Elgato. Coming from a logi c920 this camera is awesome! The software that comes with this is just a bonus. The picture quality is insane for a USB cam. Highly recommend!

Surprising good quality from this webcam, better then my last one. There is no mic on this but if your going to use this for streaming then it's not going to be an issue one bit

The Elgato Facecam is full 1080p60 which has studio optics. It has a state of the art Sony sensor which gives you an excellent view of you and your surroundings. It is very adjustable and can be used either on your computer, or just place it anywhere on a level surface. A "Must" for streaming!

This web cam was not only a good buy for the money, it was also easy to setup. It's also easy to use and the video has great quality.

I really like the camera itself, but downloading the different software programs was really confusing. The instructions didn’t mention I would need one for streaming and one for adjusting the camera. Also, connecting your phone to the camera through the app(s) is down right ridiculous. There are hardly any instructions and it’s incredibly difficult to figure out. I don’t consider myself a nincompoop either. Otherwise, once you figure everything out, I think the camera is definitely worth it.

So this thing has been the most frustrating webcam experience I've ever had. I got this specifically to use mostly with GeForce to record while playing games. Unfortunately, this camera is somehow one of the extremely few cameras that is not compatible with GeForce. Turns out a lot of other people ran into this problem as well. If you try to use it, it will turn on and record but it only records in green and magenta, so you get a feed that is just green and purple, and the feed also freezes throughout. Downloading the driver was a mess too, turns out you can't download it on FireFox. If you get this, make sure to use Chrome or something other than FireFox. Shame too, it's a very nice webcam it just has so many issues that affect what I wanted to use it for that it is completely useless. For general webcam uses? Sure, you will probably love this. But if you specifically intend to use this at all with GeForce, it just doesn't work, and Nvidia and Elgato both have not fixed it, this has been an issue since November of last year so I don't expect either of them to fix it at this point. Huge bummer.
