Bought this to make my stream setup lighter. I was using a bmpcc4k with a 24mm 1.8 lens which was bulky, great quality but bulky. I use my bmpcc4k to shoot events and weddings and hate setting it back up so I bought this and the quality isn’t comparable to a cinema camera it is still really great quality for a webcam and a really user friendly software!

minimal setup all i did was plug in straight out the box without messing with the camera settings. the details still get picked up in low lighting. in my opinion definitely worth the money

Great webcam! Super clear picture, easy setting up. Also compatible with Windows 11, high-end graphics cards and broadcasting software. This was my primary reason why I bought it.

Let me start off with saying i use to use a sony a7r2 mirrorless camera when i streamed it was great but times got hard and i sold it needed something to replace it on a budget picked this up and i was blowed away of course it didnt look as good as the $1800 camera but money over quality i would recommend the elgato over the sony anyday just for the simplicity of setting everything up and the images u get is amazing out of this little thing!

Very nice camera easy to setup really easy to get situated. Only slight con is it’s a little difficult to close privacy shutter without smudging lense so I don’t close it often. Started streaming for first time did not want to ball out on insane setup but didn’t like quality of Logitech c920.

Easy to setup and use. Good quality as well. Not really much to complain about. The elgato software also makes this camera super fun and easy to use as well. Highly recommend

I’ve been using the Elgato Facecam MK.2, and it’s absolutely fantastic. The video quality is super sharp at 1080p60, and it handles low-light situations really well. It’s perfect for streaming and video calls, and the customization options through the Camera Hub software are a game-changer. The build feels premium, and I love the plug-and-play setup—it worked flawlessly with OBS and Teams right out of the box.

I was so amazed at the picture quality with this camera. It was worth every dollar spent. The cam doesn't have a built in microphone, but if using an external mic, this doesn't really matter.

I’m on video calls all the time and this camera is great! I set a preset to be able to use a whiteboard behind me to be able to draw for my trainees, and along with the stream deck I was able to go from focused on me to on the whiteboard without missing a beat. You could easily do this in the Camlink software as well. I’ve got so many people asking me on meetings what I’m using and how I’m doing it, but it’s just a simple, high-quality Web Cam that makes the difference!

This camera is amazing!! it is perfect if you wanna stream or just using for discord. Does exactly what is says, 1080p, not choppy at all and overall easy to set up. although my chord didn't really work when i got it, i still manage

Out of the box, for the price, this camera is the best! I bought several different cameras to try out, including some highly rated, budget friendly, options on Amazon. The Elgato MK.2 is the one. I have one gripe though. The advanced settings within the cameras software that allow you to dial in the picture quality are only compatible with Nvidia… not sure why they would do this. As big as Elgato is, it should be able to work with Radeon hardware. If it wasn’t for that, I’d give it a 5 star easy
