Works absolutely flawlessly. While I didn't use it much at all (project took a different turn), it worked perfectly with a Sony a7r III. Outstanding picture quality. Well worth it!

Not choice for 3440x1440 res. I was having issues with the card displaying the proper res even though in the EDID it states 3440x1440 is supported, I went back and forth with ElGato support staff for 2+ weeks. I returned it due to that fact. It gets three stars because when I did downscale the image was great and their support staff Eric was amazing but overall for $250+ I wasn’t missing out on the return window hoping it would finally be figured out and I could use it in my native res.

this is just what we needed to capture my husband's NG walk-thru videos. we had it installed into our new computer and it works very well with our LG tv.

Decent product but for the new Xbox Series X it does not do 1440p at 120fps bypass on Lg 27-gn850 monitor. For whatever reason it does 1440p @ 60fps and1080 at 120. BUT when hooked directly from console to monitor it does 1440p at 120fps. I've been chatting with Elgato for about a month now and I've only had 3 responses. They stopped messaging me and refuse to give me any workounds, like using hdmi splitters. I feel they know this is an issue and refuse to admit it for whatever reason. Is it there fault it xbox? I'm not really sure, but I appreciate good customer service and honesty; unfortunately, it's lacking.

Good machine didn’t work for me since I only had a 3x1 pci slot this legs do calls for a 2x4 pci slot.

Product is clean and awesome! Very clean and easy setup on my streaming PC! Does what it needs to do! I prefer this more than the bigger bulky design for PS4 etc.

If you are going to stream a console or running 2 PC stream set up this is great for that situation

I just made a streaming pc put this bad boy in it and I have a 1080p 240 hz monitor and the capture card passes throw 1080p 240 hz no problem with no lag its amazing

It's great if you understand it's use case. If you think tossing it in a pc that you stream off of is gonna solve your issues that's probably not the the issue.
