Great For Capture, Not for Webcam Use

It is not compatible with MS Teams, and will cause issues with Teams while installed. At least for me, but their support has said it is not compatible with Teams. Using it will causes crashes unless you manage it carefully. Using OBS, disabling the device, etc. It has crashed Zoom too. Otherwise, works fine.

I was looking to upgrade from the HD60 S and saw this on sale. No matter what I tried I could not get it working with 4K 60 HDR. Stick with the HD60 S or S+ if you have one.

But wait that's hidden under another software saying it not compatible with the 4k60pro. Why not just add sound capture to 4k60pro. That blows my mind. Now keep in mind if you want to capture gameplay it's good but it is for a 2 pc setup or a pc to console set up but even with console you wont capture audio chat. you would need more equipment. If you looking to capture gameplay with one pc. Your better of with obs or geforce. With geforce I believe it has to be 1060 and better.

My pc blows away all requirements when it comes to hardware. Video records fine but audio does not.. May just have to setup second pc to get it to work properly, but as of now only video no audio.

This means you won't get a full 120fps/120hz if you are trying to stream. I just tested with official cables on multiple devices.

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this to experiment with a dual PC stream and while I did get it to work I wasn't pleased with how it worked. For example you have to plug your mic into the streaming PC for the stream to hear you. But then you have no mic for the game. So to remedy that you have to plug the mic into the gaming PC and download some third party software that has nothing to do with elgato so that the stream can hear you as well. I deemed this more trouble than it was worth and returned it the next day. I wasn't interested in adding more software to mysetup beyond what I expected to come with the elgato.
