Geek squad, you are awesome, I use you guys for all my installs. Thank you for finding out that it wasn't a PCI problem nor a motherboard problem. The product came to me damaged but not seeable damaged. It just never connected or shown up in device manager so it was just broken apon arrival. I am trying to get a replacement so hopefully I can change this review. It sucks cause I just took it in for repair and my BestBuy warranty just expired yesturday before my appointment.

It blue screens, and enough to make it not feasible to leave in your pc if not using. The drivers are terrible. Might as well go for the external one.

Delivery was not BB standard

Wasn’t sure about delivery mixup. Ordered for same day delivery it took over 5 days. Not so much about product more that the service. Did return it. My son also used free software dealing with his GPU to do same thing. Maybe a need for it later but as of now didnt need.

But he was only interested in selling the item. Had absolutely no information to give me about the item. Used his computer to give details and his phone using google.
