It’s easy to use for recording gaming on different platforms

Works amazingly to play my old consoles on my computer

Solid purchase for anyone looking to make YouTube videos, or stream on twitch or Facebook. Easy to setup just plug and load software to start game capture or load you favorite streaming software (obs, slobs or Nvidia). You can use for X box, ps4/5 or even pc but they have specific one for mother board slot if your using PC. I got it while it was on sale so solid buy for me no regrets.

Easy setup and works exactly as advertised. No issues with pass through even with a HDMI splitter. I am currently using with my Xbox Series X, PS5, and Switch via switch and splitter and as stated, haven't had any issues. I had the lower model and this was definitely worth the higher price point just for the reduced lag and higher resolution.

I'm new to streaming on twitch. I'm currently using a duel pc-setup. This capture card was super easy to set up and captures my content amazingly! Works great with streamlabs! The design is also small and sleek so it looks great and doesn't cause too much desk clutter.

This was a breeze to use. Did exactly what I needed to do. I used it with OBS on a MacBook pro, to stream a DSLR and tie into a sound system. Works flawlessly streaming quality is excellent. I will probably buy a few more of these so I can have multiple feeds in obs and be able to switch angles etc in real time. It's a little expensive but you get what you pay for.

A necessity for stream setup over budget options..

This product is bullet-proof. It always works, just as it should. It's easy to use and makes my video feed look amazing. I'm using it to capture video from my Nikon D750 Full-frame DSLR, mostly for Zoom Meetings with my church. I frequently have people ask how I got my video to look so great. This is how...this and my camera, with my 50mm f/1.4 lens.

For the most part this is a fantastic device. It does occasionally have some issues that only a restart will fix on my Mac / PC. That said, the video quality is excellent. I primarily use the device for streaming / zoom calls. I hook up a Sony a6400 camera and stream the camera video at 1080p. I also sometimes use the audio input port to hook in a separate microphone...I do wish that the device would pick up that an analog device was plugged in and automatically merge the audio with the HDMI input. Unfortunately it doesn't - you've got to download their software, go into the settings there and choose to enable the analog audio. So all in all, it really is a great device. I haven't used it for a game capture or anything like that, but for upping your online meeting game or for streaming to your twitch / youtube channels, this device more than gets the job done. I have tried other cheaper devices and while they work, I've seen banding in the images, especially solid color backgrounds. With the Elgato, I've seen no such banding. It really does provide a beautiful picture. It's not perfect, but I still highly recommend it.

I already had the Elgato Came Capture HD60 S and the HD60 Pro, but after upgrading to an Xbox Series S, I needed a capture card that would do a 4K passthrough, as the other iterations only would passthrough 1080P. It was a seamless upgrade from the HD60 S. I get 4K on my main display and 1080p to my stream. Definitely recommend.
