It worked perfect out of the box and started capturing brilliantly. However, in my use case my wife was using a switch and audio was….. challenging. I didnt realize you have to purchase a chatlink addition that was another $20 to be able to hear the game while streaming.

Works good... Does what it is meant to do. Only issue I'd the audio from my headset not being captured on streaming. Probably user error, although I did purchase an additional plug for it and it still didn't work.

This capture card was the perfect price and speed i was looking for. Installation was super easy. Definitely recommend.

Was a little chaotic on setting up but that was all operator error. Upgraded from an older elgato and cant believe the pass through quality.

Pretty straightforward product. I’m a streamer but on a budget mac mini and PS5. This elgato really did the trick to max out my bitrate and allow for XLR microphones.

Works as intended, but wouldn't use the client they have on their website. I tried it out, and it just seemed to keep freezing up. Used it without the client, card worked like a dream.

I used this item to stream nba2k24 to OBS and it works well. I just wish there was more instruction on how to configure OBS so that the audio with the recordings are more accurate

I had a hard time setting it up but I think it’s bc I have 3 brain cells fighting for dominance up there. Once I got it set up properly it worked great and easily.

This is the absolute best capture card on the market. You won’t find a more feature packed card for this price anywhere. 120fps when a PS5/Xbox Series X is connected is just butter smooth. Zero issues with this card by Elgato.

This product is exactly as described, Elgato really makes a great capture card. The passthrough is smooth, audio sometimes gets funky using OBS, but you basically create a new output source, and the audio matches up after.

I could’ve gotten a cheaper CC but I didn’t know about capture cards at the time of purchase. This ElGato is reliable, powerful and gets the job done.

Is a great starter/ intermediate cap card, rarely if ever experienced issues

Does a really good job, does take a little to understand the setup but if your looking to stream or recored this will do it!

I wanted to upgrade from my previous Elgato capture card (HD60 S) to something that could capture better gameplay from my PS5. This is just what I needed and at a great price too!

Either I’m trash at using this thing or this thing is obnoxious to use

passthrough works practically flawlessly and only had a moment where it was being odd (might be the cheaper cables i used) and its so painless compared to the other capture solutions i have tried
