Epson 4k no passthrough, it and PS5 have to be downgraded to 1080p. Will not work with anything now. Support wants you to install diagnostic tools. Might need custom bin file from upper tech support. None was ever sent to me.

The only thing that would bring the picture back was unplugging and replugging the Elgato and remaking the video capture source in OBS. The next day, I couldn't get the Elgato to do anything. No picture, nothing. I took it back and used my cheap backup capture card. To be fair it did plug right in and start working the first day, so setup was easy. I tried multiple USB ports, HDMI cables, output consoles, and monitors, so I think the Elgato itself was faulty. I've seen a recent Dankpods video where he says he has had trouble with THREE Elgato capture cards, so this may be more than a fluke.
