Buggy control center app

I have 2 other friends with the same issue. The Elgato support staff is amazing but they couldn't solve the issue. They wanted me to return it for a new one but I feel it would still have the same problem and that just seems like a hassle to go through. To still use the light i have to click the app, quickly turn on the light and adjust the settings before the app vanishes. If it vanishes i have to force shut down the app, wait a few minutes and relaunch it. Then adjust the settings again. Super tedious. After further googling, you can purchase similar lighting for much cheaper without the Elgato name or an app to go with it. The quality of the light itself though is superb.

While it can be used professionally, any newbie like me can enjoy it without all the hassle of lighting knowledge. It allows you to change settings the way you see it and ready to without getting getting up. Set up was quick and easy.
