I have and use the Stream Deck Mk 2, and have been using it for all sorts of things, but now that I'm doing more recording / streaming with OBS, I found that having dedicated knobs for volume controls makes things so much easier. I do miss having more physical buttons, but the touch strip makes it super easy to slide back and forth between layouts. When I'm not using this for streaming, I have layouts for various games and applications where having macros and hotkeys are super useful. There's even a plugin to control my smart lighting system, so when it's night time, I can hit a button and dim all the lights in the house.

Its a bit bulky compared to my older 15 button streamdeck, but it feels very high quality. The screen is very nice, the buttons are big and bright. The dials feel nice, metal and with nice detented movement. I wish it were a little cheaper

I’ve seen Stream Decks for years but always thought they were for gamers so I didn’t think it was for my work needs. I work from home and host a lot of Zoom calls and it wasn’t until recently when I learned that this device could also fit into my space. I was using the Elgato Wave XLR audio device for my Rode XLR mic so when I learned that the Stream Deck Plus had an add on module for the Wave XLR, I was sold…two in one. This basically replaced my Wave XLR on my desk so I didn’t have to tie up more space and added Stream Deck capabilities. I’ve been able to add so many of my day to day tasks that I would normally go to my favorites bar for and make them buttons. My dials control my mic gain and audio controls. I’ve added smart home automations to other buttons and I keep learning more on how this thing can help with my workflow. I’m a huge fan now and have recommended this to my peers as part of their desk setups. Now, to buy lighting modules and other things I can control with my new toy!

So far I've had no issues but it's been incredibly useful. Frequently need to adjust volumes because my friends don't know how to talk into their mic until I turn my game sound down. Then they know exactly where it is. Adding on some quick mute, deafen, screenshot, etc shortcuts. It's been way more useful than I originally expected.

I love this thing and it's only going to get better! I've seen a few people complain about minor things like plugins needing to be updated etc to support the knobs. Hey, if you wanna wait for that and not enjoy what it can do now while you wait, then buy the old one and regret it later then! It already made using my keylights way easier cuz the knobs worked for that right away. Its just like OBS, if you want to wait to upgrade to the new version because some of the plugins arent yet compatible, then wait. But if you are going to buy a new stream deck, it makes no sense to me to buy one that does'nt support the knobs and all that this can do NOW. If you already have a stream deck maybe I could understand waiting a bit to buy this one, but I didn't have one yet at all, so I bought this one, and I LOVE IT, and have no regrets. It will only get better over time. I've been using the stream deck app on my ipad, so I am familiar with how it all works and what it does, and this already does alot more than a standard stream deck, so I don't get the hate just cuz it's new and some things need to be updated in software to support the new hardware features.

Ive had the original stream deck, the Razer Stream controller, and this Stream Deck +. The Razer Stream Controller has significantly worse software than this, and the dials are a great feature, and better implemented on the Stream Deck. For anyone looking to get a product of this kind, id recommend getting this and maybe even another normal Stream deck for extra buttons.

This product is amazing! I've wanted a Stream Deck to take my streaming experience to the next level. Since this is my first one, I went with the smaller, more affordable one. Makes navigating to specific apps easier, with the touch of a button. Excited to expand to the Stream Deck XL later in 2026!!!

This was a great buy. Its literally a switch board but can be used for many other things on your PC. Really has made my life some what easier. Honestly its not needed with hot keys on OBS but makes you feel like drinking champagne on the top of the empire state building looking down on the peasants type of vibe. But this is a great product if you want to bring everything into one eco system.

Setting this up has been a breeze! Was notnintending on getting this version and so getting used to the knobs has been awesome for turning the volume up and down. Working to integrate with Twitch to change scenes but currently using for Spotify while working on projects!

Works great! I use it an audio controller for my IEM's, whatever is on my 2nd screen, the game im playing, system sounds all with their own dial, as well as quickly switch input/output with one touch etc. Best thing i ever got to streamline the ease of use ofnmy setup!

It works well, once connected. The cable it comes with is just USB-C to USB-C. Not every computer has a USB-C connection. It would be much more universal to include a USB-A on one side. Make sure to buy a higher quality cable with data transfer capability. Also Best Buy doesn't have the colored knobs to change out that was an option on the Elgato website. Overall nice product, but the price does seem excessive.

We've been using this for audio production and helping with song writing. It's made the process so much easier with shortcuts and customization options.

Super helpful for streaming. It's so nice not to have to alt-tab constantly. The set up was really easy as well.

This has been a great additional to my other El Gato products as well as a controller of my Govee Lights both during and outside of my stream. The knobs make adjustments feel smooth when adjust volumes, light strength, or just building out macros to play through. Condensed form factor makes it easy to put on the desk anywhere and it's simply plug and play.

15 macro keys per page, 10 pages, highly customiza I am not a streamer. Heck, I don't even game much anymore. But I had to give up my gaming keyboard and return to using an ergonomic keyboard to avoid repetitive stress injury. While I admit that I miss the frivolous flashing light show, what I really miss was the macro keys, which I used for trivial things like special characters. Now I have rapid access to frequently-used special characters, media controls, single-button access to my NAS, router, etc. The keys have little screens on them. The automatic images are generally descriptive enough and highly customizable, and you can also create 72 pixel squared custom images for individual keys for further customization. The only minor complaint that I have is that if you want to open an app, you have to have a path. Apps installed from the Microsoft store and certain utilities built into Windows may not have a path that the user can easily get to. Thus, for Notepad and MS Paint, I had to create a batch file and and create a custom image of a screenshot of the start menu to have an icon.

Got this to play with for my normal work flow. Links apps easily with buttons, and control volume with the dials. Even set it up to use the dials for video editing (frame forward/backward) and easily swapping audio input/output.

Super easy to set. I like how it is open source. There are a lot of pre built profiles and tools to use.

I've had a couple of Stream Decks but this one is probably the most useful one because of the knobs. The ability to control multiple audio outputs is extremely useful, not to mention that you can map it to other commands for useful things like timeline trimming in video editing apps.

So easy to use once you figure out the software. Literally the biggest game changer for not only streaming but workflow for regular everyday computer tasks!
