I like the buttons the dials are perfect for various tasks i can utilize it with. Im enjoying the touch pad for seeing and controlling things at a glance. Ive been a happy user ever since this arrived on my doorstep. Elgato. Great job at this product! Amazing quality build materials and software ^^

Love everything about it as a streamer full time. Easy setup plug n play. Downloadable software ez to manage dials are amazing! Touch screen little touchy at times.

Simple and easy setup! Puts all of my shortcuts, games, and utilities all in one centralized area. The dials are a bonus that add just that little extra customization I didn't know I needed.

Very neat device! Great if you use it just with one machine. Unfortunately, if you want to use it on the network or with multiple machines, be ready to either shell out another large chunk of change for the official ethernet adapter or setup a headless Bitfocus Companion device! I chose the latter which, works, but doesn't let me utilize the full capacity of the touch strip.

The must have accessory for any PC. The level of customization is staggering. So many useful features at the touch of a button or the turn of a dial.

Useful for things outside of streaming. Has integration into Spotify, Hue lights, and other applications, so makes it an easy way to control things around the house while at your desk. I have it set to control sound output devices with a push of a button.

I absolutely love mine. Its a beast, the dials allows me to dial in my audio and also individuals in discord while gaming. I used to spend too much time messing with things, now, I can jump into the game and adjust on the fly. I also use it for multitasking and to launch apps. I was on the fence before, but now I can't imagine NOT having one. I only wish the buttons were a bit clickier and responsive. But it's a nit-picking comment. 10/10 recommend.

Endless possibilities in a added device to your pc for anyone not just streamers

Wow, I like this unit. I didn't have any other control units like this previous, but I did try the Elgato Mobile Version to test the sequence and controls before purchasing. I think it's well executed. I attempted to use with the WaveLink software, but it doesn't work on my system (I've also had issues with devices like the Beacn Mix Create). Works great if you understand what you need to do for setup.

I upgraded from the original stream deck to this because I loved the thought of having physical knobs, plus I edit videos on a regular basis so being able to have a controller for Final Cut Pro was pretty paramount. Especially if you have other Elgato products, this fits in so perfectly.

Functionality is great both while streaming and recording. Gaining access to the Wave software is a definite plus as well.

I really like the Stream Deck +, It's no doubt convenient for streaming, In terms of feel, it's no doubt nice. The buttons may have a bit of wobble and sometimes it's hard to feel if you pressed it down enough, even though the screen buttons will definitely confirm that for you. The dials are nice and clicky to turn, and the dials are even clicky themselves. They are actually selling different color knobs that you can swap out, which is nice for looks. Sure you might have to set it up your buttons and dials, but the software makes it really easy and if the included icons aren't enough, the software has a free store for icons, and even plugins for other software besides OBS and other streaming software. I will admit, I did make a mistake for being somewhat a early adopter. However, things have gotten better, like adding OBS audio mixer support for the dials. You may ask why I don't use Wave Link in place of that, since it's a easy-to-use powerful audio mixer? My problem stems with how Wave Link works at the moment. The thing is that it has audio latency, and for certain type of games, especially any sort of rhythm game or audio work, can make it unbearable. Even the workarounds I looked for this doesn't help. The other part is that it has only support for two audio formats, 48khz and 96khz, and nothing else. Not even 44.1khz. It doesn't have support for 16bit audio as well. This means it might not work with some legacy apps that use these specific audio formats, and at best, you might just get some static noise, or the audio will sound a bit crunchy. If anything, Voicemeeter would be better if you wanted an audio mixer, since it would be way better in audio latency (as long as you can lower the buffer size to as low as it can go without getting said noise, and in fact, this is what Windows mentions in their documentation for low latency audio), and supports every sample rate you can think of, and would support 16, 24, or 32 bit audio. It would also support ASIO devices if you have any of those, which even with other Wave Link products like the Wave XLR don't even support as far as I could look up. (Which might be important for those using something l If you really care about some of these, I recommend trying to find a audio mixer that has those solutions. (and maybe one with ASIO, since there is a plugin for OBS that supports ASIO mixers, and any DAW and a few rhythm games do have support for ASIO) I really can't recommend the Wave Link software, and it kinda lowers the value of this product, which is sad because I kinda bought it for that reason. It sounded so good on paper, having that many audio channels would be useful for me.

Got this as a gift and it’s an absolute hit. He loves it and uses it every day, functions are all great and it runs smooth. 10/10

nice to have multiple ways to adjust volume right in front of you. First time using a Stream Deck so setup new but once I know how to do it, it became easy afterwards.

This stream deck is absolutely amazing. Knobs are great add with the 4 inch screen that is a complete game changer. Before you would had to open the software to switch between different buttons. Now all you have to do is swipe the screen to pages with different set buttons of your choice. And Wavelink is available with no need for a mic from elgato. Great leap forward for elgato. Only thing is setting it up, but you get the gist after a while. Also great plugins in the store.
