It is definitely one of the best low profile mic arms to purchase since to keep the desk clean and tidy especially since it can carry heavy mics (I have the Beacn Mic) and it can go under the monitor to avoid being in front of the screen.

Holds the mic in a perfect position without blocking the monitor(s). When not being used it tucks away nicely under the monitor (depending on your setup). Very happy with it so far. We have been pretty happy with Elgato products in general.

Low-profile Is Awesome, But Be Mindful of Weight

This says it can hold 4 lb mics but I don't see how. I am using the RODE PodMic with it that weighs just over 2 lbs and I have to be sure to have the arm tightened quite tight to avoid sag. For most mics it will be fine. If you are pushing that 3-4lb mark, you might want to look for something else.
