I order this to make some nachos cheese for some nachos but it’s takes forever to heat up about 1hr 30min in took to heat up the pot itself and another 1hr to heat up the cheese.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Hello, The slow cooker must be at least half full for best results. The lid is not a sealed fit. Don’t unnecessarily remove as the heat will escape. Each time you remove the lid, allow an additional 10 minutes of cooking time.

I did not like oval shape of the 2qt compared to durable 1qt model Elite. Then after short time temperature stopped working and 2qt was returned.
