I bought a brand new one but when they give me a open box and they all scratch at the bottom. They told me that they are new but when I show them the scratches they just told me this is what you will get for the brand new

DON'T BUY. I used mine twice and the crock developed a crack while cooking. I was told i could pay $42 to replace it. That was more than i paid for the entire product. NOT WORTH THE MONEY
