IT SEEMED AT TIMES IT WOULDN'T GO UP BECAUSE IT'S HEAVY... AND WHEN IT DID IT SLAMMED INTO THE METAL ROD AT THE TOP... NOT NICE ...PLUS THERE IS "NO WARRANTY" YIKES! Ordered to be shipped to my home and it came completely damaged and bent , then I had to go to a store much further away Because they were the only one to carry it as shipping to my home Was no longer an option as it was out of stock .. just an overall terrible Best Buy. Com experience but the screen itself is nice

Well, it’s a projection screen...

The product was slightly damaged - a hole was present in the middle of the box. Inside, the product has been slightly bent. The product was accepted, regardless of obvious damage. The product works as advertised despite having been slightly damaged. 5-star review would have been achieved if not for the damage.
