I've used Elixir strings for a long time, but I really like these newer Phosphor/Bronze strings, for at least on my current guitar they give a bit more volume and more balanced tone than the ones I used before. I play quite a bit, and these strings last a long time, thanks to the Nanoweb coating on them. The coating also helps reduce fretting/sliding noises, and the oxidation that can get on your fingers with regular strings.

I'm a long-time fan of elixirs. My greasy hands ruin normal strings long before they should. The coated elixirs sound good, are easier on your fingers, and last longer than regular strings - as advertised.

I love these strings. They last so much longer than regular strings and they are so comfortable to play on. My fingers don't get tore up and the sound is so nice and clean. Love them!

Squeaks from sliding up and down are practically eliminated. Smooth texture and a nice tone. Thank you Best Buy for carrying these!

These phosphor bronze light or medium gauge strings will outlast all other similar strings on the market today . Great for anyone who plays often and wipes down strings after playing. Pricing is competitive with Amazon, Guitar Center and Musicians Friend and even a better value when you factor in Best Buy points. Excellent sound quality also. I have tried many different manufacturers and Elixir comes out on top every time !

OK, are they the best sounding strings on the market? I'd say they're close, an 8 out of 10. BUT - they last 4 times as long. I leave all my acoustics hanging on my wall on String Swings so I can pick up and play anytime I want. These strings last for months. I hate re-stringing my guitars so if I can delay that I'm good. And they sound excellent. There's a reason so many manufacturers put these on their new guitars.

My son recently started taking guitar lessons and we don't really know a lot about different guitar strings yet. We bought three different kinds so that he could try them out and see what he liked best. As far as this strings go, he said they had a really good sound quality and were really durable. Good strings for the price.

I've been using Elixirs on my acoustics for years. They sound newer longer and remain playable for longer than regular strings. I would stress that they are really worth the extra cost for acoustics, but not so much for electric guitars

I play a Taylor acoustic and I wouldn't put anything else on it. I love the sound of the Elixirs! I've tried other brands but nothing compares.

Overall I love the strings. Great sound, long lasting and good for either type of acoustic or electric guitar. Also great for any playing levels from beginner to advanced

Great sounding strings, works well on older guitars. and the light strings sound so much better and are easier to play.

My favorite strings at a great price. They last a while and sound awesome.

Elixirs do cost more money than most strings. However, they do last longer than most strings (about 3 times as long). They are bright strings. And they stay bright for about 1-2 years, for my light usage anyways. So the higher price point balances out since you are changing your strings less. They feel very soft as well. Very much like a satin coating on the strings.

Best Buy's prices on guitar strings are just as good if not better than most other places I'd get my strings from. And these strings are the best because they last so long before you need to change them out. It's nice to see you can get guitar supplies at Best Buy too.

Excellent, crisp sound. Just put these strings on my acoustic/electric and looking forward to them lasting a long time before changing.
