With a new computer, I was struggling to have calendars & contacts update seamlessly across my computer accounts (outlook & yahoo) and i-phone. The agent was able to quickly identify an elegant work-around solve that solved my problem! He was thoughtful and explained everything.

She had everything working when she left. She was very nice and friendly and took her time explaining things to me.

A difficult problem affected my Outlook 365 mail. After working on Outlook in the store, the agent recommended an in-depth Geek Squad visit at my home to provide in-depth solutions. It was extensive because the problem was unusual - Outlook kept trying to send non-existent message, It was resolved. Excellent service, commitment, and thoroughness.
