    Geek Squad repaired an issue I had with accessing my email through Outlook (2010 version). I had saved several emails that I wanted to keep but had trouble getting to them on my laptop. Geek Squad was able to fix the issue and I can now get to those saved emails. I will be upgrading to newer version of Outlook and am happy to report I will not lose my emails from the older version.

    The Geek Squad employee kept me notified re: arrival time. When he arrived, I explained what was wrong and he went right to work to fix the email on my computer. I was very impressed.I will not hesitate to make appointments to have your Geek Squad fix whatever I need on my computer. Thanks to a young gentleman who works in the store, who recommended Geek Squad to me.

    My husband, who's now deceased, was my live-in computer consultation, and he did most everything with setting up and maintaining my computer. Had to get a new one, didn't know how to install Pegasus email he had us in, and Daniel, Geek who visited knew about this old program and installed it for me. He was great to work with.

    Great In Home Service! The service representative was prompt, polite, and very knowledgeable. He was able to make the repairs and upgrades quickly and was patient when explaining the changes and new features to me.
