Great In Home Service! The service representative was prompt, polite, and very knowledgeable. He was able to make the repairs and upgrades quickly and was patient when explaining the changes and new features to me.

The agent fixed both mine and my wife's email accounts so that we could continue using them. (Note - the account holder threatened to close our account if we did not fix it. However, we did not have any idea how to do that.) The agent was great and explained a lot of this to us.

My order was delivered on time and I really like BestBuy

CHAD DARBY was patient with this senior citizen. He answered every question and efficiently and swiftly installed my new computer and did the transfers I requested. His cheerful service and understanding of technology was very, very impressive. THANK YOU CHAD DARBY

We had a problem that could not be fixed remotely so a very nice Geek Squad man came to our home. We had not been able to access our email at all for several days. In a matter of a few minutes he fixed the error for us. He was polite, friendly and did a great job of listening to our issues and correcting the problem.

The technician "fixed" the Outlook issue. However, a couple days later, it happened again. We asked our granddaughter if she could help and she fixed it. However, it keeps "disconnecting." She has fixed it three times. The last time she wrote instructions for my husband. It happened again while she was here and she walked him through "fixing" it. It isn't fixed at all, but can be "reset." Lots of quotation marks -- I don't know the right terminology.

He quickly inputed my email. I could not do it myself.

Brock reconnected my internet, give me a new operating system and and fix the mail problem .He also took the the to teach me the new system and explain it to me. That was the difficult part as I am 88 tears old. He the reason I belong to the Geek squad.

Geek Squad got my computer back up. If he only had a few more minutes. He was unable to teach me with a few of the things he did. Yes. I'm thankful for what he did. But, I may have to have someone come a little later to assist me once again. So much happened to my computer by someone outside. Now they did it. I do not know. Again Thanks for what he did.

The agents were diligent, smart and when they could not find the problem initially set up an additional appointment so they could. The problem has been resolved.

Not being Tech Smart, Chris Ross came to help me out. I was not able to make attachments to my emails, and he was very efficient, and capable to fix my problem. I will always count on the Geek Squad, especially Chris if possible, to help out with computer problems I may have in the future.

My e-mail had been hacked then crashed completely. Geek squad fixed both issues in good time plus tweaked a few others and am now up and running.

Pedro did a great job setting up Outlook tieing to Comporium, and troubleshot a few other items that needed cleaning up. Great results. Very impressed with his knowledge and was professionsl and polite.

his service is always very good. as soon as he saw all the screens popping up without the mouse, he recommended getting this mouse. it helps a lot would recommend this Geek S. agent, but not all of them.
