They determined we needed a new remote for one TV and installed and programmed it. (It works wonderfully now!) They also solved issues we had with the other TV, and stayed with it until they figured out the problem. Thanks so much to the Geek Squad. We're so grateful! This computer is fast, has great data capacity and is the second HP that I have purchased over the past 15 years. I am not crazy about Windows 10 and do not like the fact that Mocrosoft has done away with its "Photo Gallery" editing program, but I understand that companies often make changes that do not favor consumers.

The Geek Squad (Erik) did a great job of cleaning up my 12 year old I-Mac and also checked my printer. Ended up purchasing both a new I-Mac & Printer from Best Buy as I knew they were on borrowed time.
