Does what I needed it to, allows us to project videos on the wall of the patio. Great for video gaming, movies and has a USB connection. If you want accurate color representation this might not be the model for you. Great for the price point.

I’m using the projector to draw what I was to paint on canvas.. I haven’t used it yet.

The Ematic LCD Projector is a nice addition to a home theater system, with a few shortcomings. It's light and portable, easy to connect up and use and provides multiple inputs, including two HDMI, a VGA input, a USB 2.0 input and an SD card slot. I tested the device with the HDMI input, setup was easy and effortless. The image was bright and clear, the controls were basic, offering a focus ring and manual keystone adjustment. The projector includes a remote control and IR windows both in front and back of the projector, the remote control is very responsive from pretty much every direction. I tried streaming video from Youtube, and ried the live streaming from Youtube TV. Images were clear and there was no lag. I also tested out a powerpoint deck and clearly, the projector would do a fine job with presentations. The shortcomings? Resolution of the image is 800x480, ideal for standard definition, not as much for higher resolutions. The projector's built in speakers are adequate for indoor use but don't have much volume. If you wanted to use the projector outside for a summer movie night, you would be better off running the sound through an external speaker system. All in all, this would be ideal for a person wanting to view videos or images on a budget. It's basic and does a good job. Save the box it comes in, the projector comes well packed and padded and the box is ideal for transporting it.

Decent for the money, but picture quality is not super crisp. Good for backyard movies; a little trickier to position correctly for indoor viewing. After a half dozen uses or so, I'm looking to upgrade and wish I'd just started with a better one.

I want to give this a decent review, but after just 6 week this projector it failed on me! The fan is super load and built in speaker is abysmal. Sadly after maybe 6 weeks, the unit no longer turns off but has to be unplugged. I tried contacting the merchant but they sent it back still broken. I guess this item makes a nice $100 paper weight... :(

Not bad of a projector for the price. Granted it’s not 1080p and the images are a little blurry around the edges but it gets the job done. Nice entry level projector for those who are trying to ease their way into the projector ecosystems

We really liked the projector at first - it is lightweight and easy to set up. It's a little loud, and we needed a speaker to hear best. However, the lightbulb recently died!! We only used it for 6 months, so it was really disappointing. It seems like the lightbulb isn't replacable. It said that the lightbulb should last 20,000 hours but after doing the math we used it a max of 500 (a generous estimate). We're hoping to get a replacement, but we'll see :(

This was a great buy! We use it outdoors to project movies both with and without a screen and my husband hooked it up to our Switch for my son and his friends to play also!

We use this to project on our garage. Super easy set up each time. We connect to a soundbar since projector sound isn't very loud to get the full movie experience.

Great little projector does perfect driveway drive in movie night during the covid shutdowns. Works well for projecting out by my hottub as well

Average, but I didn't buy for crisp presentations - only for ad hoc home owners meetings so it does the job If looking for something for detailed and/or professional presentations, this is not the device for you.

This projector is amazing and great quality especially for it being only $100

It’s so awesome to be able to move it where around the house and it’s great for outdoors with a white screen. Highly recommend this apparatus.
