Goodbuy , sometimes it does not connect correctly to the dock and get to temperature and you have to do it a few times for it to work only bottle we use

Unlike the regular Ember mugs, this product is meant to actively heat up milk or water to the proper feeding temperature rather than focusing on maintaining a temperature. I used a basal body thermometer to measure the temperature for milk straight out of the refrigerator, especially since temperatures above 104F can start to degrade some nutrients in breastmilk; I wanted to make sure that this temperature was not exceeded during the heating process. The temperature of the milk at the bottom of the bottle towards the heating element reached 98.34F upon completion of the heating cycle. The temperature of the milk at the top of the bottle (because heat rises) was 100.61F upon completion of the heating cycle. Unfortunately I did not get to try the nipple adapters or the insulating cover, so I cannot speak to those. Overall very cool product to have on hand but not something I would reach for at every feeding. Pros: - actually heats up fluids from refrigerated temperatures - easy to use via app or manually - Ember Baby app is more user friendly than the regular Ember app for mugs - does not take too long to warm up - high quality/luxurious feel of entire product (even the packaging had padding as to further insulate the products from damage) - kit comes with multiple nipples to accommodate different feeding stages/rates as well as nipple adapters for other brands of nipples Cons: - price point; very difficult to have a stock of these bottles if you are exclusively bottle feeding - the bottle has a lot of crevices to clean since the plastic part is contoured to screw into the heating element base as well as the nipple top; depending on your cleaning routine and/or tools (this product is not microwaves safe by the way) this might be more of a headache to use on the regular than a boon - because of the nature of convection, you may have to mix the milk to get an even temperature throughout; doing so will cause some spraying out of the nipple due to pressure release (maybe this is normal for any externally-warmed bottle but it makes a mess regardless) Extra considerations: - nipple adapters work with specific styles of Dr. Browns or Philips Avent nipples - bottle is made from plastic (as I guess most baby bottles are, but I was hoping since it was Ember it would be something more environmentally friendly even though it is BPA free and food safe) - bottle only holds up to 6 oz - the heating element base is a bit heavy; not sure the bottle is something baby would be able to hold on their own - care instructions say the heating element base is safe to sterilize via steam, boiling, or dishwasher but I’m not sure I would trust the internals of it to survive that much pressurized water exposure - nipples appear to have a valve built in (not sure if it’s for the flow rate or anti-colic purposes), but may be an additional crevice to make sure gets cleaned - although I tried to be methodical in my measurements, I cannot guarantee that there are NO pockets of temperatures exceeding 104F

So, let’s go over some of the features, PROS and CONS of the Ember Baby Bottle System. Unboxing and Setup: Included Items are as follows: • 2 - 6 oz. Baby bottles (With 2 Level 1 nipples) • Insulating Thermal Dome • Smart Warming Puck • Power Adapter • 2 Level 2 nipples • 2 Level 3 nipples • 2 adapters for Dr. Browns and Philips Avent nipples The setup process is super simple and literally took about 5 minutes. You will need to download the Ember baby if you would like to keep track of the feedings, remote control for warming and notifications for when the warming process is complete, but the system can also be used on it own without the application. To use the system, simply place the bottle on the puck and press the button and that is it. The application and the puck will let you know when the warming process is done, and it roughly takes about 3 to 4 minutes to warm the milk to body temperature. Once your baby is done feeding, you can simply place the bottles in the dishwasher (TOP RACK ONLY) for an easy clean up. You can unscrew the base from the bottle for easier cleaning. The insulated thermal dome is great for keeping formula or milk cool at home or on the go for up to 4 hours. The bottles and the dome both connect to the puck magnetically and they stay on well. We have been using this system for our baby primarily when we have to go out somewhere. This system has made our lives so much easier. We used to have to warm up distilled water and fill up the thermos and take formula with us anywhere we went. Now, we just simply make the bottle at home, place the thermal dome on the bottle and the warming puck and off we go. When it’s time for our baby to feed, start the warming process and done. The Warming puck is portable and rechargeable. The puck is about the size of a hockey puck and holds enough charge for 2 warmings. The puck has a light bar to show battery level and warming notification. PROS: • CONVIENENT • FAST WARMING PROCESS • INSULATED DOME FOR KEEPING THE MILK COOL UNTIL NEEDED • WORKS WITH MILK, BREAST MILK AND FORMULA CONS: • THE SYSTEM IS A BIT PRICEY Overall, this is truly an amazing and revolutionary product. This system has made out lives so much easier. We no longer have to run around getting things ready just to out, no longer have to worry about warming up water before we leave or trying to find an outlet somewhere to use our bottle warmer and making sure it the right temperature before the feeding. I would definitely recommend anyone with a baby to give this shot, it will make your life so much easier.

Every so often, new tech comes along that parents love for their newborns/babies and everyone thinks is something “they couldn’t go without.” Items like the video baby monitor, sleep sock, or smart lights. Ember has introduced their new Baby Bottle System, and I have to say after using it - I really think this is going to become the latest “must have” !! PROS: - I was immediately impressed with the size and build of the bottle system. The “puck” battery is very small and sleek looking, and if you have the insulator top over it, the overall size of the package is the size of a water bottle. Very nice for easy transportation! - You do not need the Ember Baby App to use this system, but I think the App is fantastic and well worth it. It allows you to remotely start the warmer, see how far along the bottle is warmed, update the firmware, and track your feedings (you can track either bottle feeding, breast feeding, and weight.) - If you do not want the App, all you do is prep the bottle, set it on the puck, double tap the button, and it starts warming! The warmer is absolutely silent and the lights on the front give the indication on how far along it is from being ready. - Of course the biggest question is how does it it work? And the answer is: perfectly. You put your milk (can do milk, breast milk, or formula) into the Ember bottle, attach it to the base, and it heats up in a matter of minutes. Then boom! Perfect temperature and my child has been drinking the entire bottle every time with no issues at all! - I think one of the sneaky good use cases from this comes from the insulator top. The insulator top keeps your baby’s bottle cool for 4 hours (which is true, I tested it) so if you feed your baby every 3 hours you can feed them, prep the next bottle, have it sitting out ready to go under the insulator, and then when your child is hungry just use the app or double tap and you are ready to go! Basically allowing you to pre-make your child’s bottle so you are ready to go as soon as they are hungry! - The puck / battery says it can produce “2 complete heating cycles” on full charge but I have found it can last more like 4-5 heating cycles. Maybe that is because I take the breast milk from the fridge to the bottle warmer? But either way the puck battery life is fantastic! CONS: - Although I think the App is pretty great, it still needs some bug fixes and tweaks. There is no way to “edit” feeding entries, no way to edit weight entries, and overall would be nice to have some “stat” page to see how your child is feeding over time or their weight trends etc. Also the app shows that the bottle is “warming” but does not show the temperature. These are little things that are all software/app based so all things that can be easily fixed! - The nature of the warming bottle means it the clear part of the bottle starts at 3 ounces meaning anything beneath 3 ounces you will have to pour into another bottle to know how much is left. It is a trade off as the bottle needs that bottom half for warming, but something to point out. BOTTOM LINE: - I can’t say enough how impressed I am with this product. For anyone who has had to heat up breast milk for a bottle, you know there are a lot of solutions out there but none of them are without loud steam, or imperfect temperatures, or a lot of cleanup. The Ember Baby Bottle System is small, sleek, and heats your milk up to the perfect temperature. I have used this for every single bottle feed for my little one and it’s been such a smooth process every time that allows me to prepare for the next bottle in advance! I think once the Ember Baby Bottle product is more widely known about, it will be on everyone’s baby wishlist!

My granddaughter was born a week ago and I got this self-warming bottle system to have something at my house when she comes to visit. I wasn’t sure if they would be breastfeeding or formula feeding, but this is good for both. Unboxing was an enjoyable experience, and it was simple to figure out how everything worked. There is a card as well as a scannable QR code to help you get started. That code takes you to the Ember website where you will find the 5 steps to get you going. If you have a newborn who eats every three hours, having the bottle ready to go on the puck with the insulated thermal dome on it means you can keep the bottle next to the bed and start the bottle system by hand. Or if you and your partner are taking turns in the middle of the night, use the app to start the bottle system from the bedroom and it is ready by the time you bring the baby downstairs. What I like most: • The product is easy to use and warms up milk quickly to the ideal temperature (98.6 degrees Fahrenheit). • The bottles are made from high-quality plastic and ergonomically designed. • All the parts that come into contact with the milk/formula are made from BPA-free materials. • All are dishwasher-safe on the top rack except the insulated thermal dome which needs to be washed by hand. • If the bottle is left on the Smart Puck after a full warming, the Smart Puck will keep the milk warm for up to 30 minutes, until powering off the heater. • In sleep mode, a full charge can last more than 2 months. • It comes with popular nipple adaptors to use with well-known nipples (Dr. Brown’s Wide Neck and Philips Avent Natural). • Both the nipple adaptors and the three sets of nipples are clearly labeled. What I would like to see: • A preemie nipple. • The ability to hold a longer charge - the puck only has a charge capacity for 2 feedings. • Only 2 bottles? Only 6 ounces each? • A carrying case for the charger, puck, a bottle with the dome. • For people who travel, a USB charger option. I look forward to taking advantage of the on-the-go convenience of the insulated thermal dome that will keep milk cool for up to four hours. I haven’t used the app to track feeding events, but it is a nice way to keep track of feedings, including amounts and session length. I was impressed with the packaging, and it seems like a high-end, luxury item that goes along with the hefty price tag.

 Modern bottle warming/cooling device with app control features that can be used everyday or on the go.   The packaging itself had a sleek design with clear labels and instructions on each part of the warmer. I did not have to put too many parts together, which I appreciated because it made unboxing very easy. It came with an extra ember bottle and ember nipples with 2 different flows, along with adapters for Avent and Dr. Brown bottles. This is very user friendly and helpful for little ones who use different flows or are used to specific bottle nipples.  The warmer, bottles, and cooling caps are lightweight, yet have a heavy-duty quality feel to them. They also have a good grip to them that allows it to not be slippery. The bottle itself is easy to hold and not heavy for a baby. It is a plastic bottle but is a thicker quality and looks like glass. Overall, quality for the bottle and warmer is excellent.   With the app connection, it was quick and easy to connect to. A QR code was provided with easy steps to connect it to the warmer itself. I liked the various customization features it offers along with feeding trackers that can be useful for parents. The tap feature on the warmer and the button on the phone are neat features for this warmer, as it allows you to start the warmer in any room. There are also indicators on both app and bottle warmer as well that notify you when the bottle is ready. The only con I would give this is the lack of ability to tweak the temperature. It is only set to body temperature and does not heat milk higher than that. If your baby likes milk warmer than body temperature, this may not be a ideal. On the flip side, you do not have to question the temperature because it automatically stops at body temperature to prevent from overheating the milk. Great product overall!

This was a life saver for surgery complications with birth. I didn't have to go up and down stairs since we pre filled the bottles with water and had pre measured formula in a small Medela tube ready to go. I would pour the formula im the bottle right before heating up. There is no need to worry about if the temperature was right. Due to surgery, it took awhile for my milk to come in. This was also great for travel. The bottle system is well insulted to keep breast milk cold until it needs heating. Our baby took the Ember nipples ok, but we were glad it came with an adapter ring for Avent Natural nipples since he preferred those bottles. Once heated, it also kept the milk warm for awhile as long as you kept the tube on. Heating up is about 2-4 mins depending on the amount. As our baby got bigger and drank more, we realized that shaking the bottle while on the puck mid way through heating helps it heat faster. We also use the heated milk to mix into his cereal while out and about. Due to almost every day use, the puck stopped working. We tried to trouble shoot, but ended up emailing Ember customer service. They asked for the serial number on the puck and sent us a new puck. They also recommended using the app, so new firmware gets downloaded to the puck. We don't really use the app. The extra technology doesn't serve our needs. I have 3 older kids, 13, 16, 19. Baby is 8 months now and I would recommend Ember to everyone. We get looks at restaurants when we heat up the milk. It is pricey, but when it goes on sale, it helps. It's worth every penny. The Ember also makes it easy for the siblings to babysit. They just push the button, wait for 5 red solid lights, give the bottle a shake, and feed their baby brother.

Great product. The battery is great, but I do wish it could last all day (I'd welcome a larger charging puck for the ability to have more charges). One downside is that when fully assembled and filled with water/milk, the whole assembly is quite top heavy and prone to fall over, especially in a car (the unit itself does not particularly fit well in a cupholder.

This is one of the best products yet by Ember. Convenient, clsan and high quality. This isn't an absolutely requirement but just makes so much sense for heating up milk or formula while on the go as well as at home. Much cleaner than using a bottle warmer which needs descaling every once in a while.

One of the bottles started leaking after only one month, I reached to customer service and didn't get any response and now two months in and now the bottle entirely stopped working and displaying an error I tried everything and even switched milk to the other bottle and it worked still haven't got any response from them.

If you have a baby, you need this! It works very well and you can warm a baby bottle multiple times without recharging. For parents who used to travel often, it would help a lot. It is expensive but worth every penny.

This only lasted me 3 months! Yes it worked for us at home and on the go since i was breastfeeding and by bottle, but then started getting problems. The puck kept flashing purple, wouldn’t warm up anymore, started only detecting one bottle, the middle part of the bottle broke off and when the bottle is on top to keep cold it suppose to be blue but its just a white light now and the 3 dots on top noticed that the middle one was pushed in not sticking out like the others. I only hand washed them. I contacted support on 12/12/23 not heard anything ever since then.

Although pricy, this baby bottle warmer is such a time saver especially when on the go. It will precisely warm your milk or formula within just a few minutes. Plug in or battery powered charging puck magnetically captures the bottle.. one button or use your phone app.. so easy so convenient. Best product ever.

Use this product at home all the time, and highly prefer it over any other warming system. After a month we took our baby out and the ember fully charged, and it would not turn on. Rebooting flashed green lights but did absolutely nothing. Best of all, the ember site has no documentation about a factory reset or rebooting other than the fact that the green LED lights do exist.

If you like to travel, this is a must have. Perfect for our son

Worked for a few months then the warming puck broke. Company (Ember) has not responded to emails. We were very careful with the product. Not worth the cost for an unreliable system.

The Ember Baby Bottle Smart System is that, a easy to use yet feature packed bany bottle for the easiest travel and night time bottle ever! Once I pulled the bottle, the smart base and all the accessories out of the box, I felt the quality of materials and the solid feel immediately. This made the proce tag seem less "sticker shockish." I made sure to instantly start charging the base so I can get the first use right away. I made sure to clean the bottle thoroughly but there was no unusual oils or smell. After setting up an account and connecting the base to the app, the fun starts with learming about tracking feedings, down to how much your baby drinks. The bix also included multiple nipples for different age kids, along with adapters for most common nipples available at any corner store. The box also includes a thermal dome cover which does very well at holding the bottle to body temp for a long time. The bottle heats up very quickly yet not too fast that it burns the formula, just nice body temp formula or heated breast milk without microwaves or a stove. Have a day trip? You have 2 heat cycles before you need to plug it in, luckily, we have many ways to charge in both our cars so we can keep it charged up. After a solid week with this bottle, we are super happy with it and is saving us time and the baby always gets perfect temp formula for her sensitive tummy. She also LOVES the Ember nipples, we are having an issue with her taking others now so we have to order extra nipples and an extra bottle. She is 3 months old and the shape if the bottle she is easily holding onto it while i support it with one hand as well, it seems balanced for her. Being able to track her feesing is one of the main reasons for wanting this bottle. She was born with a health issue and we have to track her feedings to a T for the mesications to work properly, this makes life so much easier. Thanks Ember for a great bottle, the crazy part is we named her Ember, its one of the reasons we chose the bottle when we could.

I can't say enough good things about this bottle warmer. I am always a little bit intimidated by technology, but there was no reason to be with this awesome little gadget. First off, the packaging is so nice. Every item (charging puck, charger cord, two bottles, insulating dome, and 3 different size nipples) is displayed in its own special spot in the box. As you take each piece out you can feel the high quality of the product. There is a QR code in there that you scan that takes you to Ember's website and gives you all the instructions you need to get started with the setup process. Download the app on your phone and you have everything you need to start warming. Once you sterilize all of the bottle parts in boiling water and charge the heating puck (outlet only--no USB charging) you can get going. The app is so simple; it tells you everything you need to know without overloading you with information. All you have to do to warm your bottle is turn on the heating puck, place your bottle on it (it will magnet onto the puck), and either double tap the button on the puck OR just open the app, tap begin, and then tap "start warming". It then starts warming your bottle and will show you when it's done. And it will heat multiple bottles to the perfect temperature on a single charge with no guess work!! The product has a sleek and attractive design. It is compact and easily fits into any diaper bag. The insulating dome keeps your bottle cold for hours and magnets to the puck to keep your bottle securely inside. There are nipple adapter rings included for two other bottle makers, but my baby loved the Ember bottle nipples that were included and had no issues with those. After using you can wash all the bottle parts in the dishwasher, but you cannot put them into the microwave as they do contain metal parts. The app for the Ember warmer is also just great and includes some super useful features. It includes the instructions for use, as well as a troubleshooting guide for easy access. Also if you are breast and bottle feeding, you can track your baby's feeding both ways--in ounces for bottles and in time spent feeding for breast. You also can track your baby's weight. Ember thought of everything when they made this beautiful product.
