I have always loved hot coffee and continually putting it in the microwave was just annoying and wrong. I received this mug as a gift and will never drink from a regular mug again! I set it to my degree of warmth and it STAYS hot to the very last sip. And I can carry it wherever I go inside or outside. Absolute genius product! I would advise getting the 14 oz size to leave room for creamer and less spillage.

My wife loves this mug. The fact that it keeps her coffee warm has won her over. She wants a bigger one.

I had never thought that a few degrees in the temperature would actually make my coffee or tea taste better. It does. You know when you make coffee, pour it into your mug and for a few minutes it is too hot, then for 2 to 3 minutes it is perfect and then too cold? Well, what if you could keep it always at that magic temperature that lasted 2 or 3 minutes? That is what Ember does for you. There are additional perks, it lets you know once the temperature is perfect, it can warm its contents even from ambient temperature if you want to and the materials are quite comfortable to interact with, they don’t change the taste of the beverage. We bought both the 14 and 10oz versions. The only difference aside from the color is that the 10oz heats up a bit faster, but that is it. Overall, if you’re constantly drinking something or going to meetings, this is the best mug to have.

Many hot beverages taste surprisingly different at even slightly different temperatures. This mug allows you to find your ideal temperature and it will keep it there for you. The iOS app needs work, but is functional if you can figure out the quirks. Overall I love this mug. If it becomes lost or stolen I will buy a new one immediately.

This cup is wonderful! It heats up perfectly, tells the temp of your drink then allows you to change the temp. If I had to say something bad, its only a 10oz. I see they now sell a 14 oz cup,I will be purchasing that one as well.

This was bought as a gift, and she said she loves it. It keeps her coffee warm for hours and is easy to clean. A little pricey though.

Pretty simple, does what it says. In the end it’s a very expensive cup. But if you drink a lot of hot tea or coffee, this cup will help your drink stay perfect.

This product is great! Works as expected. I originally ordered the smaller size but returned it, highly suggest going with the 10z size. Sure does beat having to microwave you coffee in morning to keep it warm.

Very good rechargeable mug with temperature selection- works very very well! Charges in about 2 hours from dead, and keeps your beverages at the exact temperature you select when you link it to the APP.

I bought this for my wife after she saw how much I enjoyed mine. I had bought mine a month earlier. These mugs are used several times a day and work perfectly. This mug did fail could not link to the app) and Ember replaced it for free even though it was 14 months old. The mugs are sturdy (coated stainless steel), I have dropped mine a few times, no issues to date. Very happy with the Ember mug.

Works great! I’ve found my perfect temp to be 130° and it maintains it that temp for as long as it’s on. I wish I had got the 12oz tho because it is a bit small. No trouble with the app so far personally

The Ember app is user friendly and the smart mug maintains perfect temperature. The mug is easy to clean and has become an everyday item for me! This year, they will be perfect gifts!

Been wanting one and finally got one! Thanks to the hubby. Very useful. Really keeps liquid on the temperature you want it to be. Just pricey though for a mug.

I gufted this one of my guy friends for brithday. He loved it. Its easy to set use and a really cool product. Very helpful during work from home as you dont need to get up to warm your coffee.

Love the mug as it keeps my coffee hot. As with the other reviews, the inner coating was flaking off my old mug but that was due to using a teaspoon in it which the instructions advised NOT to... Per the user's guide: "For best results, we recommend using a wooden or silicone spoon to stir as a metal spoon can damage the Ember's coating"). Don't let that discourage you from buying one, just don't use a metal spoon in it and it will last a long time.

This item makes me want to get rid off all my coffee mugs. It keeps it at a consistent temperature. The only downside is that it holds a small ounce size. Another great alternative would be a yeti mug.

The best part of my mornings is a hot coffee. I used to end up drinking it cold because I have two little ones to take care of. Not anymore! My ember mug keeps my coffee at the perfect temperature until I am able to drink it! It’s easy to clean, charges quickly, and holds its charge very well. It also heats up my coffee quickly if I pour it in cold.
