Easy to use app is well designed. A little connectivity issues at first but was resolved with updated software.

I am currently a college student who is doing all of my classes online and having my coffee be at the perfect temperature all day simply makes my life a little easier. I used to always get up and microwave my cold coffee to the point it was too hot and by the time I let it cool, it would always be cold. I love being able to control the temperature on my phone. I'll set my mug down, start on something else, and soon my tea is ice cold. Yuck. I've got ADHD so this isn't just a tea thing; I'll often get distracted and forget about other mundane things as well. This mug, however, makes that a thing of the past (at least the tea part). Being able to set a temperature and a tea timer with pre-programmed temps and times for certain teas is amazing and is honestly one of the greatest inventions mankind has ever conceived. I just wish I could find the travel mug.

It works as designed and keeps my coffee perfectly warm in the morning. I recommend it as a cool gift for someone who wouldn't treat themselves but they love coffee or tea.

I love it and it works great. I recommend this to other shoppers. Unfortunately, after only two weeks of enjoying the Ember Smart Mug, I accidentally put it in the microwave. This was what I did for years to warm up my coffee. I did it without thinking...Duh! I realized what I had done, but it was too late. I destroyed the mug.

She always has to chug her coffee before it gets too cold and she has been loving it! She accidentally forgot it was heated up and after an hour she took a sip ad burned her tongue the mug worked so well. Def recommend for hot coffee even hours after you pour the first cup
