I love it and hate it all at the same time. It is expensive for a mug that seems to last about a year, but it is wonderful to have piping hot coffee for an hour or more. We’ve had 4 of them. 1 just quit, 1 the finish was coming off, 1 got fused on the bottom and stopped working. However when it works, it’s great. My suggestion is to be kind to the finish with nothing abrasive to clean it. Make sure the bottom is dry when putting it on the charger. It should bring you many months of joy if you like your coffee hot. This one was bought as a replacement.

My husband and I are serious coffee drinkers, and had recently taken to nuking our coffee to keep it hot enough. These cups were an extravagant gift to ourselves and we're thoroughly enjoying them. Our experience has been great, up to and including using the Android app to control temperature and a couple other features. Very pleased. I've ordered another so that I can keep one cup charging while one's in use -- again, very serious coffee drinker here.

Got for my daughter who always likes her coffee hot while she's drinking a few cups during her work meetings. She loves it! So I decided to get one for myself BUT I use a Keurig coffee maker, always making an 8 oz size cup--problem is I like a lot of cream so I realize the 10 oz cup will be too full, need to get a 14 oz Ember mug! Hopefully it will be on a Deal of the Day soon!

The Ember keeps my coffee warm for at least an hour, which is the longest I have taken to drink a cup. Probably will last longer. However, 10 oz probably means up to the brim, and you wouldn't be able to drink it without spilling. But for 8 oz, it's great.

I’d initially purchased one for my wife who’s a daily coffee drinker. After she used it, she purchased one for me for Fathers Day and I’m so glad she did. Getting early morning coffee Mon longer requires multiple microwave reheats be sue the cup really does keep the coffee nice and hot! I highly recommend this this one!

Looked at this cup for a while before actually purchasing. Thought it may be another gadget I picked up or novelty would wear off. It was on the deal of the day and I took the plunge. Now, I'm about to buy the 14oz. I use it everyday and love it. I can walk around with a cup of coffee and it truly stays hot. If you're used to using the larger setting on the keurig or like a larger cup of coffee, I would suggest buying the larger size.

This is the best gift I ever received for my morning coffee at work. Coffee typically gets warm, then lukewarm, then cold as I take too long to drink it as work mixes with my coffee time. Ember solved all of that for me. My coffee stays at a consistent 135 degrees through the entire cup regardless of the time frame. It’s the best!

I love it. I wish the charge lasted more than 2 hours however, realistically it's rare that I am still drinking it by then but if I do I keep it on the charger at my desk. You have to be careful not to get the bottom of the cup/charger wet but otherwise I have really enjoyed it.

I got this for my wife for Christmas. It's amazing how much of a difference it makes when your coffee is continuously at the ideal temperature. Sure, it seems like a lot to spend on a mug and it certainly isn't for everyone, but any coffee aficionado will love it!

I bought this for my mom who loves coffee. She really likes that it keeps the temperature you set it at for up to 90 minutes on one charge off of the base. You can control the temp you want your beverage to be. Also if there are more than one in a home same color you can customize your light on cup so you know which one is yours, overall a really great product.

Convenient 10oz cup to keep your coffee hot to the last drop. Just set temp once on App, place cup on charging saucer so it will be ready later. The light says its charged and ready. I hand wash the cup, not sure if it is dishwasher ready.

I love this mug and coaster/charger. It is a great invention. My only concern is the size of the cup and the price.

I bought this for my husband bc he works from home and always leaving his coffees to sit and get cold. He didn’t ask for it, and kind of gave me a weird look when I gave it to him, but now he’s a total convert. He’s in love. He uses it everyday, all day, and tells everyone about how great it is. The only thing is that he fills it to the brim when he pours out of the keurig. I probably should have gotten the next size up.

If you're a serious coffee or tea drinker and you like your drink to be consistent on temperature, even if you have to walk away from it for a period of time, you must have this mug! It works so well to keep your drink at a constant temperature and preventing it from getting cold and gross. My wife loves her multiple cups of morning coffee and she gets excited every morning to use her Ember.
