Cup is too SMALL!

I always make the largest cup of coffee my Kurig machine will brew and this Ember cup won't hold my brew. Granted, it works wonderfully if you make a cup of tea using hot water from a tea kettle... but I rarely make cups of tea!!

Problems started when the phone was showing that it reached the desired temperature but coffee was still cold to the touch. Did all suggested troubleshooting. Confirmed Mug is ON; Toggled Bluetooth; Force Close App and even Reset Mug; Uninstalled / Reinstall App and now it won't connect at all. Returning this product today. PLEASE FIX We love your product! Ease of use... better battery life can always be wished for BUT it lasts long enough for what we need it for... love the new color... build quality is good too.

App needs work

However the app to manage it is terrible. Its such a pain that it deters you from using it. Half the time you have to repair it or redo all your settings/set up.
