I already have a mug and a travel mug. These are the best cups i have found for traveling, at my desk or just lazy afternoons. I even bought a few for gifts!

Love this cup! I never accidentally reach over and gulp cold tea or coffee anymore. It reheats and, I can control temp from my phone too. Just wish the larger size was available.

I ordered this as a gift for my grandma. Taking into consideration that she is able to use it, it’s extremely user friendly. Manages to keep any beverage warm! very cute!

I'm not ashamed to admit that I often leave my tea out for too long to cool off. I'll set my mug down, start on something else, and soon my tea is ice cold. Yuck. I've got ADHD so this isn't just a tea thing; I'll often get distracted and forget about other mundane things as well. This mug, however, makes that a thing of the past (at least the tea part). Being able to set a temperature and a tea timer with pre-programmed temps and times for certain teas is amazing and is honestly one of the greatest inventions mankind has ever conceived. I just wish I could find the travel mug.

Keep my coffee/tea warm for a long time. It's very convenient because I can use my phone to set the temperature. Battery runs out quickly though.

My Ember Smart Mug is the best solution I have found for keeping coffee hot while working at my desk. I love it and it works great. I recommend this to other shoppers. Unfortunately, after only two weeks of enjoying the Ember Smart Mug, I accidentally put it in the microwave. This was what I did for years to warm up my coffee. I did it without thinking...Duh! I realized what I had done, but it was too late. I destroyed the mug.

Wife LOVES this mug. She was reheating her coffee 3+ times before finishing a single cup. No more. Works perfectly. She did experience an issue after 7 months of use; customer service was great and handled the situation in a way that exceeded expectations. I bought three more as gifts for friends and family since.

Price is steep but works well. It's stylish and keeps coffee warm. I wish it was a few oz larger.

I got this om a whim cuz i like gadgets. But it does keep my tea nice and warm at various temps as long as there is liquid in the cup. There is a tea timer in the app which is nice touch. Even tho you can color code it, i’d prefer to just name them. I have two of them.

I really like this cup. It is easy to operate and I no longer have to drink cold tea. I like that I can change the settings from my phone.

I heard about this mug years ago and laughed it off. There was sale so I purchased lol, I use my Ember Smart Mug daily! The app is easy to use. The mug keeps liquids hot. I have put cold liquid and it heats up to 135 degrees. I wish the larger 14 oz. was available for purchase. I originally ordered gold but exchange for copper but both look great.

While it’s great to have your coffee never get cold, the max temp by design is 145 deg. Not hot enough for my palette. I’d imagine it’s avoiding some litigation? And be prepared to keep the mug on its stand as the battery dies quickly, probably due to the fact that I have the highest temp selected. Still I no longer have to microwave my coffee to warm it up. If it went several degrees hotter, 4 stars. Would still recommend despite the shortcomings

Love the color, and the metal finish seems more durable than the old white plastic (my old white one is all scratched up on the inside from spoons).

Perfect size, keeps drinks at a nice temp. Different temps for different drinks. Mug battery life is ok but it you're a really slow drinker may not last.

It's been used every day, great at keeping your coffee warm or even hot if you like. Battery doesn't last whole day but good enough for the cup size

The Ember keeps my coffee warm for at least an hour, which is the longest I have taken to drink a cup. Probably will last longer. However, 10 oz probably means up to the brim, and you wouldn't be able to drink it without spilling. But for 8 oz, it's great.

Works as well as advertised. Keep in mind that you do not want to leave the drinks in there for too long as you are essentially cooking your drinks. They will develop some strange flavors after enough time. The app works fine, but the mug is completely unusable without it which is a bit of a negative. Also a tad expensive for what it does.
