Also, I realized 10oz is way too small and battery doesn’t last very long. I bought it, while I was waiting on line to make a purchase. For some reason, at the time, I thought it was a good idea, that it would be useful. It also has great packaging and overall product design. After returning my defective mug and have not replaced.

Great cup at fair price

We had the original thermos woth the plastic lid that melted. This is great. It keeps my wife’s focce and tea at the right temp, and doesnt doe in 30 mins.

The second time, and every time since the battery lasts less than 45 minutes. I tried to contact the company, but no response. They don’t have a phone number and they don’t answer email or their text support line.

I use it daily and it is just perfect. Really like the Bluetooth and phone app and ability to customize the beverage and temperature. It’s last long enough to enjoy your hot beverage comfortably.
