A nice mug, but battery life can be an issue. For me, it heats my coffee for about an hour, but for anything more than that it'l run out of battery leaving you with a cold beverage. Not the end of the world, but as long as you work within this limitation it's a fun product. Need to be careful when washing, so that you don't get a lot of water into the underside (where the battery is housed).

Love the copper finish! It cleans well and seems to hold temperature really well.

Perfect size and keeps my coffee hot while im in meetings.

Wife makes the best use of it always having her warm coffee

this feels so extra, but i love it. i have a toddler and I'm in grad school which means I often set my drink down and forget it. i love coming back to my ember and finding it hot.

The Ember Mug is Easy to set up and program, keeps you hot beverage at whatever temp you set. Will last for 2.5 hours without charge. Need to electric for base to charge mug.

The electric coffee cup , it works good but only complaint is the battery life isn’t that long

I wasn’t sure about this at first but now I see the light! I feel that I drank more coffee before owning this mug because I was going back for hot coffee- This is no longer a problem now because I can enjoy my coffee without worrying about it getting cold. Quality I’d good, time will tell if this purchase holds up over time. I would not recommend getting the smaller size mug as this one barely meets my needs as it is. The option to purchase an additional charging base would be great if it were at an affordable price point which leads me to my deduction of one star based on cost alone.

App for the cellphone has been updated from the original app that I got a couple of years ago. The new app works much better in regulating the mugs. This my second mug because I liked how well the first mug worked. Both mugs are working great.

Loving my Ember! I wasn't sure I was going to really use this, since it was a gift, but I love it. I used to chug my coffee because it would get gold to quickly for me, but now with the Ember, I can take my time and really enjoy my coffee. The battery life isn't fantastic, about 50 minutes, but I do keep it on the charging coaster, so there is not need to worry about battery life. Highly recommend the Ember mug.

Bought it for the wife she loves it wish it had better battery life..By the way when your charging it while drinking it won’t charge the battery it just keeps temperature..

Great quality, ease of setup and the app works well. Little pricey, just wait for the sale.

Got it for the wife for mothers day. She loves her coffee crazy hot and this cup keeps out that way. Having trouble connecting on the app, but the cup still works

Overall it is a great mug, Seems like I had to keep it on the coast at all times to keep the battery going, I could only get an hour or something out of it. Also seemed like it took awhile to charge. If you can keep it on the charger most of the time you'll be okay. I also wish it was more durable. I have heard alot of people chipped theirs and I am trying not to do that, so I have to be careful with it.

Best self gift ever! Use it every day, keeps my tea and coffee hot, easy to clean. Highly suggest, especially while working from home in the cold!

The look and feel if the ember mug is extremely premium. My first use really caught me off guard when 30 mins later it was still perfect temperature. Beyond the obvious, the app has many more features like timers for different teas, temps for different beverages, and recipes. Its way more than a mug.

Keeps beverage hot for up to 2 hours. Only downside is price otherwise would be 5 star.

I had this product for about a week and it works great, but make sure to tell your wife not to put in microwave. It will melt quickly.
