A couple of them didnt last that long and I had to submit a warranty claim. Ember was good about the replacements but they have also deteriorated quickly. We do use them daily.

It is more pricer than the other colors but this color makes me happier than the other ones. I did buy the black one for my husband and he loves it. Keeps the drinks warm. Just don't microwave it!

I love having tea but often times never get to finish my cup before getting cold, now with the ember i never have to worry about it getting cold. More importantly can always have to perfect temperature for my drinks to really ensure full flavor.

Makes my life so much better, and with a smile. It's a total pleasure, after reading or being on the computer for an hour, to reach over and have a cup of coffee, the perfect temperature! And this part is hard to believe but it tastes better when it's the perfect temperature, really! Did I mention I love my Ember.

I expected this to not work but was pleasantly surprised! Not only did it keep my coffee hot for 2 hours the cup itself never got hot! The cup has great weight. It’s not ceramic but has that perfect weight to it that makes it feel like it is. Absolutely love it. Want to get the travel mug now.

Could use longer charge…an hour and fifteen feels short, especially if you have more than one cup at a steady pace…not long enough, believe it or not. The price is the hardest thing to swallow and i don’t think a better battery is out of the question for this price.

The cup is built well, has a nice feel in your hands, I've never reached the end of the battery life, and the app is easy to use, though I only use the app rarely. Oh, and of course it keeps your coffee at the perfect temperature, which is what this product is all about.
