I got it for my wife and she opened the day of so I got her another one for her work and she said she used it and it almost burned her mouth so it dose keep drinks warm.

Got this for my mother and she loves it. 2 out of 5 days she works for home and it does well with keeping her coffee warm while she is preoccupied with meetings and such. Thinking about biying one for myself

My wife loves her cup, this is the second one that i have bought from Best Buy. She accidentally microwaved the first one (I strongly recommend you don't do this - lol). But the cups work great and the store was helpful.

I purchased this coffee cup for my Wife as a gift, and she loves it. I bought it for her at a suggestion of another relative, as I would have thought it was too much money for it. But it wound up being a gift she uses daily, and she really likes it. Works well, she uses it for two cups a day, then it appears to need charging anyway.

This is must have if you are living in colder region… this will make sure the last sip off coffee taste like a first sip. Don’t worry about the price. It is a good investment.

This mug is exactly what I needed for work. I love coffee, but when I get busy at work it always goes cold. This mug keeps my coffee at a perfect temperature all morning.

I actually bought this as a gift for my wife. Funny thing was she got me the same gift! Love this mug, it does a great job at keeping my coffee the perfect temp. I have 2 young kids so coffee is a must and hot coffee is even better. I have an iPhone X with no problems connecting the two.

Actually works. I love how it keeps coffee hot indefinitely on the charger so if your sitting at the desk… it’s always hot. While not on the charger, it last a little over and hour but still hot and the about the 1.5 hour mark, it starts to cool down. It’s worth it so get it.

I LOVE my Ember mug, but this is the second one i have purchased and it has already lost battery power in less than a year and 2 months. I am 2 months out of warranty on this one. So $150 is a steep price for a mug that only works for 1 year.

Keeps coffee very warm , easy to use, different temps

I love it so much I purchased a 2nd one a week later. Just so convenient not having to heat up my coffee with me being a slow sipper. All my other mugs are obsolete now.

As with many smart devices, I think the mug performs its function very well but the app needs a bit of work. I appreciate the features offered by the app (multiple temperature settings, etc.), but it consistently becomes disconnected from my phone when the app "forgets" the mug's configuration. When this happens I have to press and hold the bottom button to enter bluetooth pairing mode, which is made more frustrating when the mug has already been filled with coffee. Additionally, the app has been prompting me to complete a firmware update, but stalls out near the tail end of the install and never completes. Maybe if we could complete the firmware update then the disconnection bug would be resolved, but I guess we'll never know.

I like that it keeps the liquid warm for a long time at the temperature of my choosing. It unfortunately has connectivity issues and the app needs to be reloaded to connect.

Wife loves it. But it's mainly for if you drink your coffee just black with sugar. We have learned that if you have cream or half/half, it will basically cook and you will have a skim on top. Great though. Would personally get the Ember2 so you could set your own temp. This holds true and keeps it hot for around 80min.

Keeps coffee the perfect temp for hours! Can select the ideal temp you like and remains that way for hours. Also has a customizable led light in the event you have more than one mug.
