    A coffee mug for $289 insane! it must make its own coffee. Or coffee never end in there. We'll see once woman opens it as a present.

    The product is well-designed and constructed. The software is intuitive and informational. However, the first time I used it, the pop-down lid broke. Ember replaced it for free and also threw in a sippy style lid. I wish it held more than 12oz. and the battery life in junction with the poor insulation really limits its potential and use. I only get 2.5 hours out of it when adding freshly brewed coffee to it and setting the temperature at 135. Once the battery dies, the temperature drops quickly.

    The function and idea of the mug is awesome. The build quality overall is good, EXCEPT the most basic part, the lid. Less than a year of having it, the lid stopped working and you cannot buy it separately. If you’re like me you probably won’t buy a whole new one every year just because the lid stopped working.

    Got it for hubby who is a delivery driver. Only complaint is once the temperature starts to drop, it happens fast. But stays charged and hot a good 3 hours. I told him drink faster lol.
