His eyes lit up like a kid at Christmas. Paid 200.for it, then a few day later it went on sale,and i went back and got refunded the difference. Thank you bestbuy.

It didn't charge. Best Buy offered to exchange it but I just opted to return it. If you're going to charge that much money for a beverage cup, it DANG-WELL better do what it's supposed to.

It was returned within two weeks. I assumed this would keep your coffee hot all day and it does not. The battery drains SO QUICKLY not to mention it barely holds any coffee. I wanted to love this so much but for the price it honestly does less than a $15 off brand yeti
