    For first few months 8 It was doing really great. Love live it. Then it started malfunctioning. Won’t even heat up my coffee anymore. :(

    Bought this as a gift for father’s day and he absolutely loved it! He uses it every day for work. I plan on getting him the car charger because he does have a pretty long commute for work.

    I’ve only had the travel mug for 2 days and I am not impressed with the battery life. I drink black coffee from a Bosch expresso machine and the battery might last an hour. I other tidbit they fail to mention is it takes for ever to charge. I might have a defective battery but..... I email customer service and they responded quickly on my initial inquiry but have yet to hear from them after giving them the details they requested. If you drink coffee with cream and sugar it may really drain the battery in no time. I will be returning it.

    Terrible Customer Service

    Be careful when purchasing as I've been completely unable to obtain customer service. I purchased an Ember from Best Buy as a gift and unfortunately it wasn't opened within the return window. The battery life was terrible and the product would not heat up water to drinking temperature before the battery ran out, and even when pouring burning boiling water in the mug (the battery ran out in under an hour (heating shouldn't even have been required for much of that time). 12 emails later spanning months (each response takes over a week) and they have not offered me the ability to ship the product in for repairs despite numerous requests. I have also been unable to contact a supervisor. There does seem to be a phone number to call for support (I've asked in my emails). I'm getting ready to throw this out without it being ever properly used and the company has only wasted my time running in circles, repeating tests, and not honoring any warranty obligations. Also for a quality note, this mug does not keep liquid warm without the battery functioning so I'm much better off using a contigo or other double walled non electronic device.

    Keeps coffee WARM not HOT!!!❄

    Beautiful craftsmanship, and design. I enjoy my coffee over 200 degrees (normal temp when coffee is served), the EMBER cup will only keep your beverage at no more than 145 degrees. You also have to fill the EMBER mug with already hot liquid, it cannot reheat what is in your cup. Hopefully EMBER can rectify these issues, and I will gladly repurchase!!!

    Total junk because of the lid

    The mug and electronics are great. The lid SUCKS. 3 lids have broken due to a terrible design. There is a thin plastic disk that breaks so the lid will not stay open. Everything else was great. Now a working mug is going in the trash.

    Works Great until Warranty runs out

    I have bought several products from this company, and every one has eventually failed. With this mug, it stopped working the second time I tried to use it. Do not give these people your money.
