I really like how you could customize the screen up to 15 characters to say whatevwr yoy want. I also really enjoyes the temperature control being on rhe mug itself comapred to other ember mugs. Another cool thing about this product is that the lid seal so no spill happens. You simply push down on rhe lid to open it.

I love my traveler mug - I have the 14 oz mug but really wanted the Red Traveler and I’m so happy with it. The push lid was what sold me - I simply love it!!!! If you enjoy hot coffee get an Ember they’re so worth the buy.

Got the travel mug for my boyfriend for Christmas and he loves it!! He makes his coffee at night and in the morning pours it into the mug and sets the temperature and it heats up within 10 minutes! Super useful and sleek and aesthetically pleasing. Only complaint is the steep price point.

Best coffee cup ever. Looks great at your desk. Bought this as a Father's day gift for my Dad. He's a hard person to buy gifts for. A few days after use he sent me a pic of this cup on this desk saying how great it was. Now I plan to get one for myself.

My lady loves this, she is a travelling nurse and this allows her to keep her coffee warm for long periods of time. She also loves that she can drink from anywhere around the lip, that way she doesnt have to look down to see where the sip hole is. Im a hero now!!!

Gave this to my coworker as a Xmas gift & she loves it. As teachers we can’t be constantly warming up our coffees so this works perfect for her. Keeps it the temperature she wants as long as she wants.

I got this for my sister as a gift and she brags all about it. Sh used to always have to reheat her coffee in the morning and would sometimes forget it but now she doesn't. Aside from coffee, she gets to enjoy her hot tea at her own leisure.

Gave this to my mom as a Mother’s Day gift. She got into a car accident shortly after. Truck is totaled, but this mug took it like a champ and is still working fine without a scratch. (Same goes for Mom.) Totally worth it!

Love this mug! It’s so nice having hot coffee all day long. The battery life doesn’t last super long, but if you bring the charging coaster with you, it’s no big deal. I just keep mine charging on the coaster all day on my desk.

absolutely love that my coffee stays the temp of 140 that i have it set at, but at that set temp the battery only lasts a little over an hour which is not ideal if you don’t have the base to keep it charging on! definitely needs a longer lasting battery for sure!

Bought this for my dad on his birthday and he absolutely loves it keeps his coffee nice and hot!!

I’m pretty impressed! The only con is the super short battery life. I get maybe 2 hours on a full charge. But I also drink my coffee pretty slow (which is why I am the ideal customer for this product I believe!) I did buy the car charger on their website which prolonged the battery life. To really get good use from this id plan on getting the car charger or at least a second charger pad. Overall, keeps at a perfect temp!

Great for someone who loves hot drinks! It stays charged for a long period of time!

Got this as a gift for my wife who is a coffee addict…she 10/10 cannot go a day without it lol. Keeps her coffee boiling like she likes it for hours. I plan to get a mug for home use for her. No issues after having it for 4+months

Bought this for my wife because she always leaves her cofee somewhere and forgets to drink it and when she remembers to drink it the coffee is already cold. This product changes that and she loves it worth every penny

My husband has been using it daily for 4 months. He does love it but two things...the lid hasn’t been staying open sometimes (you push the top to open and close) and it’s supposed to sleep after it’s empty to not drain the battery but that hasn’t been happening either...sooo that’s why I gave it 4 stars...we just emailed Ember, let’s see what they say.

It's a nice mug and I have been using it for the past 1 year. It lasts for about 3-4 hours on full charge. I like that app which makes it super easy to operate and control.

Excellent cup!! Purchased this for my wife who is an all day coffee drinker. She use to waste a bunch of coffee throughout the day because it wouldn’t stay hot. She absolutely loves this cup !!!!!

I bought bought a travel mug and a coffee mug for my wife for Christmas. Product is a nice idea, and for the most part works fairly well, but first of all the cups themselves can’t go into the dishwasher, only the lid. In our case within 11 months the lid broke and trying to go through the Ember customer support portal is extremely frustrating. All about sales and nothing much for support. Prior to the lid breaking, however, I copped work as advertised, it’s just the visual communication on the cop is hard to decipher at times, and I’m not constantly going to be linking my phone to the coffee cup to see what its thinking

Great travel mug. It keeps my coffee at the perfect temperature. Really like the app features. Love the color and texture, just enough texture so it doesn't slip out of your hand.
