Not only does it maintain the temperature of hot drinks, but can make cold drinks hot. The only snag is that there isn't enough capacity in this mug. It would have been great if it could hold more than 12 oz. Otherwise I could say unarguably that it's one of the best inventions ever, like no other.

Although it would be nice to have a longer battery life. But as long as the mug is in the charging coaster it would keep the coffee hot for hours. I'm really enjoying this product
