Nice cup wish it carried more fluid. I returned it

I’m a person who hates when my beverage of choice gets cold, so I purchased the Ember mug. Now my coffee, tea or hot chocolate is always at my preferred temperature. I would recommend the Ember mug to anyone who wants a hot beverage at their fingertips.

Really nice to keep coffee hot. I wish it had a bigger capacity though.

This was the perfect gift for mom who loves her coffee! She takes this with her shopping (something she also loves) for the day and is able to program her preferred temperature right from her cell phone! Amazing!!

I love my mug. It’s good for coffee or tea. It keeps your drinks hot for 3.5 hours and the app works flawlessly. My fiancée is getting her own since she liked mine so much

Really enjoy this new mug. I have a 45 minute commute to work and while pairing this with the car charger it saves the battery in the mug so that I have an additional 2 hours at work to keep my Coffee hot. Gave it 4 stars only because I wish it held a bit more liquid.

I bought this for my wife Christmas 2020. This is the second lid we've had. Same problem as the first one. After a while, the lid just won't stay open. So now, it's a thermos. I'll probably try to get another lid but it seems like the life span of the lid is a few months.

This is one of my favorite Christmas gifts. Of. All. Time. It works as advertised. Only issue I have found is that the battery goes fast. I am considering the car charger so that I can get more time from it during my long commute. I also like this version because it holds more coffee. FYI, 140F is the perfect temperature.

My sister likes this luxury coffee mug and reports that her only dislike is the battery life of only 2 hours. Her workaround is to place it on the charging base while in the kitchen to extend the heating time

Purchased the travel mug2 in April with a gift card I got from my wife. I have used this mug 5 days a week. Now in June and the lid is broken. You have to push the lid down to open and it does not work all the time. They sell the lid on Ember as an "extra" accessory for $20. Battery life is okay for short trips and lasted around 2.5 hours. I could improve the battery if I reduced the temperature but I like my coffee hot (135 F). If the lid lasted longer, I would give it a better rating. Once I am at my desk, it sits on the charging coaster and keeps my coffee at the desired temperature. I am looking to see if Ember will replace the lid since if failed in such a short timeframe.

Lid broken after 3 months of normal use. I took very good care of this mug and never dropped or had any damage to it. The plastic mechanism that lets the lid open and close just broke the other day. Not only that but tiny bits of plastic fell into my drink. I unknowingly consumed these until I got to the bottom and found bigger chunks. I felt completely sick and was so confused that they could design something so flawed.

Easy to set up as compared to the smaller Ember cup. It needed a software update which was easy to install. Easy to adjust the temperature via the app, lock the temperature to one setting and forget it. Easy Personalization of Mug(2). Battery keeps charge for a long time, average 2 hours, longer if you shut off the Mug(2) once your temperature is met. Turn it on when drinking liquid again. Caution; if mug is heating, keep container open so there won't be pressure buildup. This will keep liquid from splashing on you, particularly when it's full. As the liquid is drunk, it feels hotter. Turn the Mug(2) off so there won't be unexpected (hot) liquid

Cool in theory but when your battery stops charging when it's about 9 months old and has been used maybe like 2 or 3 times a week it's not a good look. Just not worth the price

I love that my coffee stays hot until the last drop. I gave it 3 stars because the battery life is not very good. This mug is expensive and I still had to buy the car charger to keep the battery from dying. Other than that I love it

Husband loves, wish battery lasted more than 3 hours but as advertised it loves up to that. Great for road trips/being out and about. Do wish the lid wasn’t so messy :(

In my personal opinion, I think the whole concept of this Smart Travel Mug is great. My main disappointment on this product is the quality of material used (Plastic) which I think it's too much for the priced and it only last approximately last 3 hrs in total when its fully charged.

However it still is working as hitting kettle, no longer than in 5 months I found out the lid is no longer fixes in its 2 positions to let me take a sip out from the mug. The most disappointment has occurred with the service where Ember assistant name's Julia S totally ignored my customer's needs. Do not buy this, for BB is not backing up the small applicance's warranty and you simply will be left on your own, all alone, trying to reach out for an empty air!

This travel tumbler has never left me without hot coffee in the morninh. It is built with high quality materials and very practical and intuitive.
