This tumbler is amazing! I got it for my aunt for Christmas and it's been in great use to her.

Great for portable hot drinks. 3 hr battery life and app support is very intuitive.

This is great when you make extra hot beverage that you want to take with you and keep it warm.

Does what it’s supposed to do. Battery life is kind of weak if you like your coffee hot and take your time drinking. If you are using this at more than one place (home and work, like me), I recommend purchasing an extra charging coaster.

Love the ember mug because it makes the perfect temperature for my coffee.

Works well and battery life is as advertised on the box

I love all my Ember Products! Nothing like a Hot Cup of Coffee!!!!

Keeps my coffee hot I don’t need to be in a hurry to finish it

Works great and has lid.Fits in my cars cup holder.

Stays hot but the lid that slides back and forth keeps breaking

I purchased this for my daughter’s boyfriend who is a doctor (I got the idea from a blog written by a doctor about his favorite gifts). Shortly after we gave it to him, he texted me one morning to tell me how much he loves it. My daughter says he takes it to work with him every day.

Excellent coffee mug works just as advertise! Warms up the coffee very quickly

I would give this product a 10 out of 10 if u could. Best money spent on a cup. I'm a teacher and i always end up putting my coffee down to teacher, but this keeps it warm for at least 4 hours before the battery dies.

Perfect to keep my coffee warm when I’m outside My 3rd I have cup traveler mug and this love it

Love,Love, Love my Ember to go! It really works and keeps hot drinks hot so you have time to drink it, I also have an Ember Mug. Love them both!

Works great, easy to clean and keeps a charge. My husband uses it every morning for work.

Was the perfect gift for a guy who works outside in the winter and get busy ans forget his coffee in the truck! Easy to use, AND he actually likes the handle lid with all the things he had to carry into work.

Coffee is very essential in not just my life but also my wife's. This tumbler with a 16 oz capacity is great for sharing and keeping our coffee at optimal temperature. Connecting the tumbler to the phone via the app with Bluetooth was simple and quick. From there you are able to check battery life and set the temperature of the drink. The advertised battery life is 3 hours which if I'm honest haven't needed to keep if warm for that long while at most needing it to remain at my optimal temperature for less than 2 hours. Some complaints that I've noticed with this model is the fact that it won't fit in a car cup holder. The solution to that problem is simple. Get an expander for your tumbler. I carry this in my car with the expander with no issues with spilling. The 2 lid options are good and I primarily use the lid that you are able to slide. It's advertised as spill proof which at the moment holds true. Overall, this is a good capacity tumbler with the ability to retain a specific temperature for a long time satisfying the desire for a good cup of coffee in the morning.

works very well. nice to have in when placing in cold wisconsin truck in the winter.

I’ve had multiple ember products including two travel mugs and love them. This one is no different. Wish the batter would last more than 3hrs though. FYI, I’ve used mine mostly for green tea.
