A wonderful product to keep your drinks warm with a click using your phone. This is that one thing I would love to keep specially during busy hours when I have no time to warm my drink. I am a big time coffee lover and this has taken care of my needs so well. A must buy.

Ember is awesome. I definitely have no complaints, but after owning it I do wonder how they justify the price tag. However, I would buy another for my wife if the one I bought tore up, as it does allow her to maintain and drink hot coffee for a couple of hours and she loves it.

I had the original Ember travel mug and used it daily for more than two years. This new one has better lids and better battery life. I like my coffee hot but I drink it slow, I don’t go anywhere without this mug. It fits easily in my 2016 and 2021 Ford cup holders. Clean up is easy too.

This was a great investment. My coffee stays hot all day.

Got this for my husband he loves it, the coffe stays piping hot for a really long time. It’s actually a huge cup so it doesn’t fit ALL cup holders.

Perfect temperature coffee the whole way through! The battery life is also much better than the mugs.

I love the idea of smart mug that maintain a preset temperature. not because it's practical because it's not, but because it's cool. So, my experience was not great with this brand. the products of this brand is high which in general suggests that it is a high quality product. The Mug it self is good quality, but not the Lid, not the bluetooth communication and not the app. So far, I bought three Mugs, I returned two because of the lid breaks in few days of a careful use. the lid is so fragile that is disappointed. Here is my list of issues, 1- The first Mug lid broke after 2 days of use. The 2nd one (this Mug) broke after few uses, and the third Mug lid broke into pieces two week with extreme mental use. 2- The bluetooth fails to connect to the phone app most of the times, it takes so many tries to get it connected if it's works at all. 3- Dim led at the bottom is hard to see. 4- when you set a target temperature for the beverage in the must, few seconds later the app says the target temperature has been reached and ready. However, when I drink the beverage it's still cold. 5- The main page of the app displays nothing but the Temperature, at lease add the battery level somewhere on the page and make it more interesting. I do believe that with this price tag, this product should make the consumer happy. 3- The battery life is short (around 2 hours give or take) if you travel (this mug called traveler mug) should have some kind of convenient way of charging it. Maybe USB-c type charging that's available everywhere now days.

This was the perfect product for my urban commuting. I just fill it, tighten the lid and drop it in my backpack. It keeps the beverage at the desired drinking temperature for hours.

I have loved my Ember mugs since they first came out. I am so excited about the larger travel mug. Keeps my coffee warm for a long period of time.

Bought my wife this for Christmas. She has the mug and used it everyday. Now she has the tumbler for on the go! Great product for keeping drinks warm! Highly recommend!

Well, I have to say I’m a little disappointed. First of all the instructions are horrible, and I’m not paying for a QR code app to download instructions which are not included in the box. If you’ve ever owned any of the other Ember products like me, and I have had owned 2 Ember travel mug 2 and love them.(except for the caps that both broke and the replacement cap is a sippy cup, which is ridiculous )This one is different this Tumblr you can only adjust the temperature via the Ember app unlike the other Ember mugs that you can change the temperature right on the mug. needless to say, I spent an hour, trying to figure out why pressing the Ember logo would not light and go through the prompts of temperature change and naming my cup. You have to charge the mug when you get it ,download the Ember app and then press the bottom until it’s flashing blue, which is the pair mode. The only thing you can do in the Ember app is make the little tiny light a different color. Wow seriously and set the temperature. If you don’t have a smart phone forget it because the temperature will always be set at 135° which to me is pretty chilly for coffee or tea. On the flipside, it is a beautiful Tumblr, but lacks the convenience of the other Ember products, which are actually on the mugs to set the temperature and add your own logo.

Actually the best mug i own. I was leary about buying my first one, and now i have 4 total and always tempted to. Buy a other. It may seem pricey. But totally worth the money.

Got this huge mug/ container during one of their drops. This is nice. Easily hooks up to bt, and keeps my drink hot!

Best purchase ever as I love to keep my coffee and tea warm throughout the day and not have to reheat it. The lid with the handle makes it so easy to take it with me.
