The item was lightweight and flimsy. The top was separating from the bottom and it would not sit flat. I returned it to the store. Never used it so can not rate it on performance.

Horrible & cheap. Almost set my apartment on fire. 1st & last time I buy something so cheap.

I must have gotten a defective one. I bought this for a roadtrip and when i initially used it, smoke started coming out and set off the smoke detector at my hotel. Finally when i was able to plug it in again at a hostel outside, i plugged it in and saw that the smoke was coming from the unit internally. The unit was dented and looked used.

It does the job but You also get like small electric shocks when touch touch anything your cooking with your hands it’s not hurtful but very frustrating. We hand to trash it since we bought it but didn’t open till a few weeks later and use it for a few weeks. We passed our return time frame.

Very poor product. It smokes, one of the eyes was not in place. I am returning this product. It is not worth the price
