Had to add some extra drain holes (1/8" drill bit) in the bottom rear of the unit to expedite drainage of the excess condensation, as the supplied drain hole wasn't at an optimal location. It's also light enough for one person to handle...

Saves energy, low power

I guess that's to be expected for a low power unit. Have to turn the temp dial past the 4 (of 7) before noticeable cooling takes place in a 120 sq ft room.

Measurements on website and merchandise differed

Therefore the AC didn’t fit the window. Plus the manufacturer extended the bottom of the back of the AC by 1 inch so it stands straight when on the ground. Why?

Nothing spectacular and one problem.

A R side wing was sent out and supposed to have arrived via the CS but nothing. The tracking number she gave me yeilded no results on both mail services she gave me. I will call first thing Monday and see what is going on.

Good for small rooms

Very small not alot of power

Noisy AC, do not recommend

It is super loud, and sometimes it sounds like it’s going to explode. Unfortunately I bought 3 and now I have to deal with the noise, specially at night. It keeps the room cool if knob is left at 5 on high cool. Anything below I’m melting in the NYC summer months.

Returned it was defective
