This is my first AC unit. Cools bedroom fast and efficient! We love it. Very simple to use. Also super easy to store in a tiny apartment when not using.

I havent had a chance to test out how well it works in my 110+ heat of redding ca yet but from what I can tell it is going to a decent job at least helping my swamp cooler out. going to give it a 4/5 for now and will come back to give a thorough update when summer is over. so far I love that it is both a dehumidifier and an AC. my only complaint so far is that the vents move up and down constantly and i cant move them to where I want them to go. and the only other complaint I have is that the exhaust hose is mighty short. so I had to move my house around to find a window I could get it to fit in,

The product cools very well the only problem is the noise level is a little high other than that a great portable air conditioner.

I got this before summer hit in Oregon and it has saved me on hot nights. Cools down the room nicely. I only use it for a few hours then shut it off and would use my tower fan until I wake up.

Great AC a little noise but all good! Works pretty well and my tv room is pretty hot on summer time with this guy we’ll be ok.

I have been reluctant to buy a portable air conditioner thinking it would be to noisy and not be able to cool well. I was wrong this unit is quiet and keeps the bedroom at 64 degrees without keeping the rest of the house too cold. We can finally sleep good when it is hot outside.

Cools down the room within 15 minutes easy, not as quiet as you might think though.

This thing can be heard throughout my entire two stort house when the compressor is running. Other then that, it works well. I did have to order some additional double sided insulation tape to get a good seal on my window. I also ended up flipping the window attachment around as when I tried according to the instructions, the exhaust vent was not able to make a good seal on the window connection piece.

Keeps everything nice and cold when it's hot out, I wish it came with a screen for the outside though that would be really cool thing to do

Wonderful product. Our bonus room is around 350 sq. ft. and it keeps the room very cool. Reasonably quiet too.

My wife and I were in need of a new AC after finally getting rid of our window unit that had died from years of use. We shopped around and settled on this one, interested to see how a portable AC worked compared to a window unit. Taking it home and setting it up was one of the main things I will praise highly about this; it was so simple and even though it's much larger vertically than a window unit it was easier to maneuver all-around. We tried it the day that we installed it and it helped cool the room nicely, but not as nicely as we had hoped. We chalked that up to it being its first use and all that, and have used it several more times since then. During those times it performed okay at best, barely able to drop our bedroom temperature below 70 degrees with the AC setting at 64 degrees. But the real issue became apparent this past week where outside temperatures were hitting close to the 90s; the AC has been struggling to the point that we initially thought there was something wrong that we could fix (dirty dust filter, window kit not sealed properly, water build up in the unit) but after checking all of those things and confirming it was producing cold air, we're starting to think that it just can't hold up in high temps. Our bedroom is 200 square feet so this should be able to cool it by the product's claims, but I haven't been impressed by the unit itself since purchasing just two months ago.
