One of the casters was missing the c-clip to hold the wheel in the body once installed.
I attempted to contact their support per the phone number on the warranty card provided in the packaging, and was informed this company is now out of business. I attempted to visit the website provided on the warranty card, and it no longer exists.
To make matters worse, I had the dehumidifier running for the first 24 hours (as directed in the product packaging), and the bucket full sensor failed to work. It overflowed the bucket and damaged our wood laminate floors. Unfortunately for us it did a great job pulling moisture from the air, creating a significant puddle before we discovered the issue.
