This air conditioner does a great job cooling most of my home. With the eco setting keep you cool and keeps energy cost down.

Can't really give this an honest review due to the weather still being cool. I installed it but did not use it as of yet. Looks nice and easy to use. Fit in the window just perfect.

Cools my second floor bedroom to about 70 degrees; room reaches 99 degrees (without A/C) during summer. After a year, the unit drips rusty water condensation outside the window staining the house's white siding.

cold air fast! Light up display turns off after settings are made so the light won't disturb you.

I like the merchandise but hate the best buy car, people do not know about the special financing. I have to call an fix it all the time

Package was in ruff same . Didn't have a remote or any paperwork inside! I think I got a return item. Working pretty well now install. I did buy two of them the second one I installed acople of days later. It had everything but doesn't cool and make a loud noise every minute or so. After letting it run for 30 minutes and still not cooling I be talking it back Saturday. I did notice in the return policy if I don't have the remote or the manual they charge me for it? How did I end up with one that didn't have either. Not sure if buying another one or trying something else.

This window AC was easy to install. The eco function works well. It is easily maintaining 72 degrees in approximately 550 square feet.

Very disappointed. It's not as good as the 1200 BTU A/C that I had previously. Quiet kool it's not. It's loud and it doesn't cool as fast as my Frigidaire did,but was suppose to cool twice as fast as most of the others. Also some how the bugs are getting through this machine. It was taped off professionally so the bugs are coming through the A/C itself. I can see outside light.

Very easy to use and awesome air conditioners! Highly recommend. Beat the GE that I had but conked out after 2years.

Arrived as scheduled. Very quiet, like the ECO function. It has not been hot enough to use other than a test run.

First summer worked great, second summer already broken

It came in damaged. Cracked and front cover doesn't close. I tried returning it but unable to do to the weight. Couldn't lift it up.

Bought this last July and it is not cooling. I've had it on all night and it short cycles or does not cool

Well it quite working after 2 years of probably only runny about months worth of time. Since I have only a few months of summer it’s pretty bad that I spent all that money for a short time of use.

Last year worked, this year failed to cool. Emerson unit was an expensive waste of money.

Terrible. Defective. No cold air after all the work putting it in.
