Terrible doesn't cool unless you are standing right over it. Best Buy customer service is even worse! Bought July 31 but didn't install it until about a week later. Decided it wasn't cooling properly after giving it a try for a couple weeks and Best Buy return policy is only 15 days so I can't return it. I am very upset with this policy most returns are 30 day. An item like this should have a longer return. Now I am out money for a unit that is useless to me that I maybe used only about 5 days.

This unit really delivered during those hot summer months. Highly recommended unit.

The Emerson Quiet Kool is perfect for cooling small spaces!

Worked great for first few months but now it kick on and off constantly and you cant change it.

Picked up Ac with very friendly staff...got it loaded up and out of there

It was okay didn't really work for me but not that bad

Cheaply built and very noisy. Also, the manual is full of English mistakes, like it was written by a Chinese and nobody bothered to review it. Unfortunately, it took me longer than 30 days to get around to installing it, so it’s no longer returnable and I’m stuck with the thing.

I purchased this 6/6/2019 and used it during the night last summer. I live in Seattle so we don’t have horrible heat to deal with so this didn’t have to work too hard. It was drained and put away for the winter. I got it out last Sunday 7/12/20 and installed it to use this summer. We used it for 7 days In 2020 and the motor seized, white smoke came out, and we had a smell of burning plastic. My guess is the bearings went. We have another portable air conditioner from LG that we’ve had for about 7 years now. Not an issue with it yet. I’d avoid the Emerson Quiet Kool.

It came in dirty. The box had no real bottom either. I can't register it because the EQK company website won't work, so no warranty. Worse, the company was SUED recently over its name. I haven't tried the ac yet. I might return it if I find mold before I use it.

Unit started to leak and spit water through vents after 2 months use. After cleaning filters and emptying water, the unit was still producing water and would not stop. Had to put the unit outside.

This Airconditioner was a good deal for me. Emerson is a good brand, and the price was right.

Started leaking water and blowing out water on COOL MODE after 1 month. Water should evaporate on cool mode. Would not recommend this unit.

We bought this AC to cool my son's room. Very loud. Upon turning on, the loud compressor noise hurt my left ear and I still have ongoing ear pain. On day 2, it began to smell like a musty gym sock, and the whole floor stunk. The smell of this ruined my air purifier because it absorbed the smell too. Had to return this AC. Would not recommend to anyone.

Best buy you guys sent the wrong item i order and AC unit you guy's sent a TV i have 5 kid's and a wife at home with no AC . Unfortunately Im in the middle of the ocean working with no cellular service. So I can't call you guy's. Best buy doesn't give me the option to tx via email. Y'all ship this tv to the house you guys need to come pick it up and bring my AC unit. Need you guy's to fix this assp

Works fine in the beginning and later i have so much issues

It works really well. Best portable air conditioner I have used. I like it has the vent that can move back and forth when blowing. Very easy to set up. I put a screen on the hose that is outside the window so now bugs or small animals couldn't get in the hose. We have lots of squirrels that could crawl in it. It is the only thing with most portable air conditioners are they have no venting on the hoses for outside. Otherwise, it keeps the room nice and cool.

For the $? Awesome. Awesome price and great btu output. It's not too noisy (my opinion). Thank you Best Buy
