About 8 of them have issues with flickering when the dishwasher is running. I've tried everything with the switches in place including having an electrician come out and make sure there's not anything weird going on with the wiring. The only thing that works is to replace the dimmers with another smart dimmer brand, a non-smart dimmer or a HoneyWell Z-Wave (Non-Dimmable) Smart Switch. I called HoneyWell customer care and suggested they replace these switches with non-dimmers even though it would be a pain to swap them. They said there's not anything they can (read will) do even though it works in 70% of my home. I also don't care for the delay when turning the dimmers on and off, but I can live with that.

It appears that your review was meant for our dimmer switch, but this item that you are reviewing is not capable of working with dimming fixtures. This can cause unexpected behavior when trying to use a normal on/off switch with dimming fixtures. We are also the manufacturer of the Honeywell Z-Wave devices.
